Ballenger Creek is a charming master planned community that provides all the serenity of the suburbs with the convenience of the city of Frederick, just four miles north. Renters enjoy an even mix of spacious apartment communities and townhomes for rent. Ballenger Creek Park and the shops on the eastern border of the community are two of the area’s biggest draws. Locals gather at the retail centers along Washington National Pike to catch a movie or grab a bite to eat, while the park provides acres of green space, athletic fields, playgrounds, and more. This is a popular spot for families since it’s just outside the bustle of the small city of Frederick, but it’s close enough that the amenities of the city are just a 12-minute drive away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Princeton Court
I love where I live and I'm glad that I moved here. The property is well maintained, the setting is of peaceful nature, the neighbors are friendy and the neighborhood is diverse and family-oriented and it's within walking distance to schools and other amenities. There are bus stops nearby and access to Downtown Frederick, The FSK Mall, Route 40, Frederick Community College, Hood College, the County Library and Westview Town Center are just minutes away. Staff and Maintenance are friendly, helpful and on point. The units are indeed affordable, pet-friendly and the apartments feel more like a home than your standard hi-rise or garden style. I love this place and will be here for years - which is something that I thought that I'd never say about a rental community.

I am so glad I found the Princeton Court community. During the search for a new apartment for my boyfriend and I, I sent out so many emails and got only few responses; but I heard back from property manager Katie within 24 hours. I was in for a visit just a couple days later and instantly in love. The entire process, from the first visit to currently paying monthly rent, has been so easy and smooth. The lease is written in plain, normal-person English with no sneaky clauses. Within the first couple weeks I managed to break a rung on the attic ladder -and- we locked ourselves out after hours, and the maintenance was quick to respond and even gave us a spare key. The neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you could possibly need, with plenty of parking for yourself and extra spaces available if you have a guest over. The biggest bonus, in my opinion, is the full-size washer/dryer and the personal water heater for each apartment. I could go on and on, but overall we are very pleased with our experience living here and look forward to much more time spent here!

I love my studio apartment! The area is located next to the major highways and just a few minutes away from downtown, has great walking for casuals, dog walkers, and runners. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, during the winter anyone with a shovel is happy to help dig you out or give you a push. The landscaping is maintained with a large common area for kids or just throwing a ball with your dog. Maintenance resolves any reported issue quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself has plenty of room for me and my dog (rat terrier) while still having space for guests. Closet is great and provides enough room that I don't need to use a dresser which saves me a lot of space. Plenty of cabnit space both in the kitchen and in the island table plus under the sink has a niffty set of drawers that helps keep clutter off the counter. Bathroom is great and the shower water gets hot fast and stays hot. Can't say enough good things about them, really enjoying my time here.

The staff responded quickly to my request, unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. I did not have the opportunity to interact with Maintenance Dept and I really do not care for amenities as I rarely use them.
The area is fantastic. Other apartments around here run over $1000 per month to have someone stacked ontop of you. It's quiet, clean, affordable, and the upgraded apartment we got a sneak peek of looked quite modern. The staff is friendly and problems get fixed same day. Customer Service here is great. Most of the homes are quite dated, but the neighborhood and my neighbors make up for that. I LOVE it here.
Unhealthy environment inside the apartment. Maintenance don't do good job to fix it. Old condition need to upgrade. I don't recommend it to live there. Price is going up but I like the old management who left.
THE PRINCETON APT IS A GOOD PLACE TO BE AND THE PRICE IS AFFORDABLE.
