Property Ratings at Prime W Apartments
I've lived here for at least a year, and learned about living indenpendently other than college! Good communication between the Prime Residence managers and I on different topics. Renters can safely pull into and out of the parking lots due to the traffic light! As a bonus, I got excited to hear internet and cable were included in my rent!
Lived at Prime W about a year! I love it! Maintenance is quick! Everything is clean. Great place to live!
I really love the location of this complex! So close to great schools and my favorite stores. Not to mention that the staff is great and is always willing to help however they can. Highly recommend!
Been here since 2021 and just renewed my lease. I love this place for the following reasons: 1. Location. It’s very close to my work, gym groceries, restaurants and parks. Its proximity makes my routine pretty convenient. Everything is just 10minutes away or less. 2. Good neighborhood. I always feel safe in the area. It’s quiet. People are also courteous. 3. Maintenance and Manager respond quickly. They always make sure the tenant’s concerns are being addressed.
This place is great! They're maintenance is very quick and it's easy to get a hold of anyone if you have any issues or questions! The thing I like the most about this place is how quiet it is. I can't hear anyone around me unless they're in the hallway or I'm in the hallway. It's a nice and quiet place to live with lots to do around it!
Karen the property manager is always on top of communication. The maintenance team is very quick to solve any issues that might arise. The overall apartment is amazing. We moved in about 2 months ago and it’s super quiet and a great community
I love how close my apartment is to everything! Within 2 miles there’s 4 grocery stores, straight shot to the highway, elementary school right next door, and so much more. The area is quiet for the most part and safe to take walks at any time. Moving back from Los Angeles I was worried I wouldn’t find my new chapter to start, and with the help of management, I was able to get everything signed before even leaving the state. Definitely recommend!
