I have lived here for close to 5 years I love that it’s close to everything I need Although it’s an older complex and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that some newer places do The maintenance team is wonderful and always there to help out It’s a quite community and I enjoy the layout of my apt

Siempre se lo he recomendado a familiares y amigos porque la verdad es que mis hijos y yo estamos felices de vivir aquí desde hace más de 1 año.
I have lived at the property since March 2021 and it is well kept. I love the design of my apartment and maintenance is super quick to come and fix things.
I am a multi-year resident of this community and I am dying to get out. Since Univesco took over management I have had two cars towed - one was a guest parked in a guest spot, the other was mine after I registered it IN PERSON at the office. I requested reimbursement and was denied. They send people into your apartment looking for things to charge you for, and if you can’t pay for it in full up front, they tack on late fees. Unless you are made of money, find another place to live.

This place is terrible. Since we have been here we have had roaches, ants, and a flood from water from another apartment. Good luck if you need a repair because it will take weeks for them to come out and fix. They will tow even if your guests are parked in a guest spot, the gates into the property are always broken so anyone can come in. They did get a new manager which is a lot better than the previous manager but still some of the old staff is still here which are terrible. Do not waste your time at this place they are plenty of better apartment complexes near by.

I really liked this complex and the apartments I like the layout with where the fireplace was positioned I liked the fact that it's convenient to the highways and for work I also like that they had a car wash station and hook up for full size washer and dryer I felt as if the complex was well-maintained and cared for I also felt like it would be a safe place to live I'd like to thank John for his help it was really impressed with his knowledge and his ability hone in on the details of what I was looking for he was a great help wish I found more people like him I'll be back
ONE OF THE WORST COMMUNITIES. MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES ARE THE WORST. Towed my friends car who's been for less than 20 minutes visiting!
Rented this place because it had an attached garage and a good location for me. Maintenance told me they can't fix the following: poor air conditioning system, frig freezes items that stay at the back of the shelves, some of the burners on the stove, oven burns food, roots of tree don't allow grass to grow in yard I pay extra for.
