Property Ratings at Preston Gardens
Recently sold and under new management. Horrible attitude from the office, and took 8 weeks to get washer looked at before it was replaced. Highly recommend getting internal security cameras and lock any valuables up if there is maintenance scheduled.
If you are looking for a affordable apartment close to everything Louisville has to offer this is your place. I couldn’t ask to be in a better apartment with a better staff, Mr. Jay and Mrs. Beverly Will make you feel right at home and will take care of any problem if any persist. I’m honestly thankful to have lived here knowing good people and good neighbors still exist, if you are in the market for a apartment please check out Preston Gardens apartments before signing anywhere else trust me!!!
