It’s nice here but it could be better. I love the apartment the way it’s set up and the dog park needs to be fixed on the left side because small dogs can get out from under the fence
Best apt. I’ve lived in, no complaints. Friendly staff, nice amenities, very quiet, clean, and fun activities. Very close to the freeway, had many shops around, close by
The gym has one working treadmill, and the pool—though advertised as 24 hours—is almost always closed without explanation. When open, there’s no guest count per unit, so it’s overcrowded and unsafe. Maintenance just spray-paints over issues. Key fobs only work on some amenities and are never fixed. The gate has never worked (a key reason I moved in), and the clubhouse stairs have been broken for ages. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. They’ll show you a model unit that looks nothing like what you get. Worst apartment experience I’ve had.
Good apt complex, nice location with good looking apts. Gym has had 1 treadmill that doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for months, and they got rid of the dumbbells. But other than that good experience
It's been a pleasure living her. The staff and maintenance are awesome. I can't rav enough about presidium Revelstoke. If there's a problem with anything they respond. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Consider all other options before choosing this property. The advertised “gated community” and “24/7 accessible mailroom” has worked for maybe 2 weeks of the year that I’ve lived here. With no working gates, the crime rate and community is terrible. The pool is overrun during the summer with non residents and parties rage. Definitely wouldn’t say this place is family friendly nor safe at night. Only pros I can think of is that the staff is very friendly and rates are cheap.
Great apartments & great location! These apartments are very spacious and close to the highway. I love it and will be renewing my lease again this year. I’ve been a resident here for two years now.

It has been the best 2 years here! We love our apt. And all the amenities here. We have no problems and if so maintenance is always super fast to get it fix. 100% recommend.

This is my second year in the apartment complex. I enjoy the pool and gym and use both all the time. Staff and maintenance is fast and helpful. Overall very happy with my choice to resign.

We live it here! Very nice apartments and they are very spacious. They have pool with bbq grills and workout place and a dog wash and a car wash and a dog park and kids park

everything is excellent, excellent sound insulation everywhere except the front door, beautiful area, excellent service. The only thing you need at the beginning is to make sure that your car is registered in Pokrovka, otherwise you will have to pay for the impound lot. and very often there is a problem with the operation of the gate.

I like it here, some of the policies are a put different than I’m used to but over all the community is pretty nice and I feel safe staying here.

The apartments themselves are nice, clean and modern but you won’t get your packages. Packages are mostly delivered to their mail room even the heavy items like beds, furniture, etc.. and they have to figure out how to get them up to your apartment.. the most the staff can do is get you a dolly and you have to carry them up to your apartment so if you don’t mind doing that then it’s a good place… am having to return my bedroom set back to the seller or hire movers to bring my items up which is an extra expense on top of moving expenses because FedEx won’t deliver to the apartments here they leave them at the mail room which was never a problem at my other apartment where I lived on the 3rd floor.. other then that, no other h complaints .. if you have the muscle to bring up your deliveries even the heavy items then this shouldn’t be a problem I was just shocked and wish someone told me before I moved in

This is THE best apartment complex I’ve lived in! From the upgraded living spaces, to the amenities, AND the amazing staff! The whole community over all is so welcoming! I would recommend presidium Revelstoke to anyone who’s looking for a new apartment!

Very friendly staff, modern interior, spacious, wonderful gym and clubhouse. The valet trash pickup is convenient. Getting set up and move in ready was a breeze.

Great complex with good amenities. Nice and spacious interiors with no carpet which is a huge plus. Staff is kind and attentive. Some of the buildings don’t have adequate close parking which can be annoying as the garages are pricey. Overall, the units are pricey but worth the money.

This is an amazing beautiful community and the staff is just as great! The apartment is beautiful, the gym is well equipped and open 24/7, the accessible grounds and amenities are absolutely inviting and fun! This place is amazing!

Only complaint I have is uncooperative neighbor that is above me. Any issues that we have the office is always quick to solve. They go above and beyond.

Everything is great. The place in in a spot that is so convenient for everything, from shopping to school. It’s far but close to everything that I need everyday.

Love love love it!!!!!! I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family. The area is beautiful and through kids here go to a good school especially since the bus picks them up right in front!!!

I like it here, I wish that the amenities where better kept but other than that it’s pretty nice. The dog Park also turns into a mud pit when it rains.

Beautiful facilities, friendly, helpful staff. Great apartment living convenient to Fort Worth, shopping and interstate 35W. I found the workout facility, clean and challenging. The pool area looks amazing, can’t wait till summer.

The community is not being taken care of off late. No cleanliness, no maintenance , slow reply, not doing good. Not as good as it was one year back.
