I’ve always had such a great experience here. Jessica is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The whole team is so welcoming and always has a smile on their face!!
Koral is the kind of manager who truly cares about her community, it shows in the small things she does every single day. You always see her out walking the property, picking up trash, greeting residents, making sure everyone feels acknowledged with a warm “good morning” or “good evening.” She’s present, engaged, it honestly feels like she’s always on the clock because she takes so much pride in keeping the community looking great and running smoothly. Her consistency, visibility and genuine friendliness make a huge difference. It’s rare to find a manager who’s this involved and this invested. Koral cares, you can feel it and Presidium Regal is better because of her.

I've had a few package deliveries that required signature and the staff has always worked with me to ensure I get my packages. They always do a great job, especially Selena. The maintenance staff is always on top of any needed repairs as well.

Been here for almost a year and my time here has been overall great. Maintenance is ultra responsive, management keeps the place kept up pretty well, and the walls here are very well insulated which is rare for modern apartments. I barely ever hear a peep from either of my neighbors. Traffic and people racing up and down Beach Blvd can be annoying but other than that great place to call home.

Absolutely love living here! Feels like I’m waking up in a resort every single day... Tons of amenities, pristine grounds, and most importantly friendly and caring staff! Yesterday, I visited Presidium to see an apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The unit itself is stunning — spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I toured this property and Selena, the assistant community manager, was fantastic. She listened to my needs and my preferences and really worked with me to try and find something that best suited me. The property itself is beautiful and is designed thoughtfully. Even though it is directly on Beach Blvd, parts of the property still feel private. Floorplan selection is great and amenities look well-kept.

I’ve been living at Presidium Regal for almost 2 years and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is super convenient to the beach and all the basics. It’s in a great neighborhood that feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

As a former resident of 13 months I can say that PR is Great place to live with convenient location on Beach Blvd that gets you on the beach in 10 minutes or less. Koral, Selena, and Noah were all very helpful, friendly, and responsive to your resident needs and made sure there were activities to enjoy. I enjoyed an oversized balcony overlooking a nature preserve to catch the morning sunrise and unwind in the evening. Pool and gym are beautiful. Worth the tour and consideration for your next chapter of Jax living.

Presidium is a very well-designed, aesthetically pleasing, well-maintained community. The amenities are the best especially the 2 story state-of-the-art sports exercise facility. The kind and caring staff will make you feel right at home.

Let me start off by saying the property is everything I could ask for immediately from just the tour. Selena was extremely friendly she honest about everything pertaining to the property.Selena was so informative which was very comforting. She asked what I was looking for in an apartment and showed me an extremely nice unit. The unit was beautiful. After leaving for a week to think it over. I followed back up and meet Jessica, the property was running a 3 month free special and I couldn't pass up on it, Jessica also showed me another unit that was my dream unit and I fell in love with it. This process was smooth and easy. I'm moving from out of town and Selena and Jessica made this transition seamless. I appreciate both of you ladies and look forward to moving in.
