Presidium Park has been a perfect fit for me as a young professional. The apartment finishes are modern and stylish, and the layout works great for both relaxing and working from home. The amenities — especially the gym and pool — are super well-maintained and make it easy to unwind after work. The location is ideal with quick access to everything in the Southside and Town Center area. Adrian, Kaysey, and Phoebe in the front office are always so helpful and responsive for anything I need help with! Highly recommend. It’s a great place to live.

The apartments sell themselves, but the icing on the cake is the location and the staff! Right on the Southside of Jax in a great area. Close to the highways and the beach. Also have a great Town Center near for all your shopping needs. The staff is amazing and always happy to help. Not one bad experience with any of the staff. They show how much they care by going the extra mile! Marcy leaves the most lasting impression that you will never forget, and she is always so wonderful to deal with! Cara, Johnnie, and Will are most definitely always on top of things! If you are looking for a place to call home that truly takes pride in everything you do, then Presidium is the perfect place! You will not be disappointed!

I was lucky enough to visit and tour this beautiful property, with a friend, I was so jelly and wanted to live here myself. The amenities are amazing, like being on vacay all day!! The office staff are amazing at what they do, unlike places I've lived before that could care less if you lived there or not. Marcy took the time to really show us everything they have to offer and more, we even got to hang out at their annual pool party for a little while!! SO FUN!! The whole property is immaculate, they really do take pride in making sure your living experience is top notch! Make sure you go see Marcy, Cara, Jonnie and the rest of her team, you will not be disappointed!!

If you want a perfect place to call home, you’re in the right spot! Amazing amenities, clean, and perfect location. The Maintenance staff Jonnie & Will are always fast, friendly and efficient and they have amazing upkeep! I’ve been living here for almost two years and I have truly loved it. The staff is extremely attentive and takes care of their residents! The pool is amazing, the valet trash service is awesome, and I love the second floor of the clubhouse that has a pool table and golf simulator. I definitely recommend living here, as it is also in a great location surrounded by tons of food and entertainment options!!! Love the Tinseltown Cinemark and Dave & Busters being minutes away!!

I've been living at Presidium Park for a year and 8 months now and of all the apartments I've lived in in the past 8 years, this one is the BEST! The office staff, Marcy, Cara, Phoebe, and Kaysey are so sweet, helpful, and fun. The maintenance team is top tier - they complete my work orders so quickly. The amenities area great and the location is perfect - close to downtown, town center, and the beach. I definitely recommend picking Presidium Park as your next Jacksonville, FL home.

I’ve lived at Presidium Park for six months, and my experience has been horrible. Just last weekend, my car was broken into. When I went to the front office to report it, their attitude was indifferent at best. When I filed a police report I found out at least a dozen other cars have been broken into at the complex in the last couple months. It’s gotten to the point where I leave my car unlocked because it’s cheaper than dealing with smashed windows. That’s not the kind of mindset you should have to adopt where you live. Another major issue is the package situation. All deliveries are dumped into one communal room with no organization. Good luck finding your packages, assuming they haven’t been stolen first. The lack of security and organization here is alarming. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a place to live.
This is by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Been here for a year and I highly recommend looking somewhere else. When I first toured the property, the staff acted like they cared, but once you move in, it’s a completely different story. They’re rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about their residents at all. Good luck trying to get any issues resolved. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and when you call the office to follow up, they act like you’re bothering them. I had to deal with flaking paint everywhere—it’s embarrassing to have guests over because it looks like the walls are falling apart. When I brought it up, the office staff shrugged it off and told me to “deal with it.” The walls are paper thin you can hear everything next door, upstairs, across the hall, everywhere. It’s awful. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. The staff’s lack of professionalism and care makes living here unbearable. Absolutely terrible.
Presidium park is a beautiful modern community that so far feels safe and well managed. As with any apartment living your experience will heavily rely on your neighbors and regrettably the units are very loud due to the poor insulation and thin flooring from modern builds.

If you're going to spend money to rent, come here and get yourself something new and fresh. Don't go to a 20-year-old complex. Come here! Everything is modern and clean and the staff is great. You will enjoy your new place.
