It took awhile-but it seems you have finally found the top notch service team we all deserve, and need. Payton, the chief maintenance man in the white truck- Tim, and Desiree are approachable, focused, and timely. Working with the general public, in a challenged neighborhood, is far from easy. They seem to show up every day ready to make a difference, to help, to make things better. I can t say how much better I sleep knowing there is finally hope at Renew 78 West. I strongly advise not renting from Trinity. I recently moved from Renew 78 West. I always paid rent in full and on time, and left the unit in excellent condition. They kept my deposit and sent me a bill for $1400. If I call the office, they say call corporate. Corporate says call the office. Point, they use unethical and dishonest practices to overcharge honest tenants. Terrible experience still haunting me.
