Quick and Helpful Repair The Preserve on Blue Road team was quick and helpful. My washer ended up having issues because of a faulty control board. The washers had a recall on the control boards and took a little time to get delivered. Both the diagnosis trip and the repair trip from maintenance was quick and easy to set up. They were able to flex to my schedule and once the parts were delivered the repair went quickly and the repair guy was on time, nice, and was able to repair my washer quickly. Thanks team!

Easiest Move In Ever Can’t say enough how great this move in was. Convenient parking, easy access for movers with furniture, multiple entrances to even further help the move in. Orientation meeting with Skylar was the best! Thanks so much!!

Poor snow removal Even after a new vendor was hired, sidewalks and parking lots are still an icy mess.... lawsuit waiting to happen when someone falls and gets hurt. Worse management of the situation that I've ever seen.

A Friendly Place to Live There are a lot of amenities here that other complexes do not have. Preserve on Blue Rd is a convenient location to reach many locations. This is a great place to start being an adult or come in as a transplant. A great “starter” place. The office is active and listens. A lot of times they have no control over what other contracted services do but I feel they follow up and address situations with them. They have a nicely appointed grounds with safety lights installed. Once some trees and flowers are planted the property will be beautiful!

Wonderful clean place to live The apartment complex is well planned, well maintained. I always start my weekly walks walking around the pond. It is a nice way to start my walks. The grounds are always clean. Maintenance fixes issues in a timely manner. Nice pool, gym and pet spa where you can give your pet a bath. The staff is kind and very helpful.

Great Signing of the lease went great. I felt we signed it very early but was assured our lease date would remain June 30th. We signed and received a copy and everyone was happy.

New Beginnings It has been a pleasure here so far and we have been in a little over 1 week. It is peaceful, serene and the staff is attentive and courteous! Only issue to report is if they can get the bugs to disappear; and floors fixed, and touch up paint it would be 10 stars! Good experience so far otherwise!

Separate bedroom floor plan on 2BR/ 2 bath is wonderful for my son and me. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. 24hr gym is a large bonus.

We are pleased about renewing our lease here at Preserve on Blue Road. It is very sufficient for us and the walk path around the ponds and the benches and lights added make this a very attractive complex. We also enjoy the availability of the outdoor kitchen, tables and the beautiful fire ring for visiting and getting outside. These things alone make it a place for a blend of all ages. The Office Staff are very receptive, friendly, and responsive. We love it here!

It was a fantastic first meeting. I am very new to the apartment searching process and they were very throughout, giving me multiple options and allowing me to see various available floor plans. The property is immaculate and every thing was exceptionally clean. They are definitely one of my top choices!
We recently moved in to this beautiful apartment community from the country. We thought it would be a big adjustment moving here since we're from out of state but we absolutely love it here!! The leasing office staff were super friendly and made the process enjoyable! I can definitely see us living here for a long time!!
