Parking is the worst here, good luck finding a parking spot near your building after 1pm. Alot of the times people people park in the handicap with no handicap lp or tag.

The apartments are right between both Navy Bases. It is a great community with lots of retirees, families, furry friends, and active military members. It feels safe and welcoming.
Overall good experience. Upkeep on the grounds could be better, there are a lot of geese, so there’s bird poop everywhere. Stairwells have a lot of bugs as well. I’ve had a few roach issues living here, but coming from the north I’m told it’s common in the south… Other than the pests, I’ve had no issues!
Extremely nice apartment with nice amenities. Unfortunately there are lots of barking dogs and the entry door doesn’t muffle the sound. It does appear that neighbors try to quiet the animals. Floors are not soundproof.
It's been amazing so far, except the walls are super thin. Environment is quiet and usually clean except for the duck poop. And some the residents with dogs fails to pick up their dogs poop.
I am glad to call Perdido home. The leasing office ladies and Management are fenomenal. Maintenance guys keep things smooth and clean. The surroundings are very kept. I took a good decision to make Perdido Apartments my first home here in west Florida.

This is my second year hear and that's the first time I have ever renewed a lease for a second year. The apartments are nice, I live in a one bedroom, it's small but clean and new, I have a large patio with an attached storage room and I also rent a garage. The clubhouse is nice and includes a free Starbucks coffee machine, once a month they have community gatherings with free food or BBQs. The community is fenced in and has a gate with a passcode or a key fob that opens the gate. The gym is nice though I haven't used it but twice. The pool is great though it's shallow, only 5 feet deep at the most and it also requires key fob access. There is a mail room and also a secure package delivery room that also has a dog washing facility. The complex is off the beaten path so you don't get people walking by from the street. It's well lit

The maintenance guy was great had an amazing attitude and very courteous, but he left a mess on the wall and floor I had to clean up.
Great place to live, clean, friendly staff. Getting a little crowded now with more tenants. occasionally hard to find decent parking, but not a huge deal.
We really enjoy living here. It's a very nice apartment and complex. I recommend it to anyone looking to be near the base. The staff is also very nice and helpful.
Dog park has improved, and gym provides basic equipment. Close to back gate of NAS and shopping. After a year, issues have surfaced. Construction is rushed with misaligned cabinet doors, socket covers, and unpainted trims. Frequent fire alarms and loud footsteps from upstairs tenants. Noise from the dog park near building 8 goes late into the night. Parking has become difficult, as non-tagged cars fill spaces, forcing residents to park far from units. Privacy is a concern. Maintenance staff enters apartments without proper notification, despite requests for emails, leaving notes on doors are subject to being blown away or falling on the ground. The package room is frustrating as the app-based entry system often fails. Ducks leave unsightly messes in common areas. Valet trash services result in bags piling up in the parking lot. Morning traffic on Blue Angel Pkwy complicates exits. Location and amenities are appealing, the quality, noise, and management issues diminish the experience.
I found the whole process to be friendly and easy as the girls in the office took care of everything, for which I am very grateful. The welcome gift is made precisely for when you are moving and just want to refresh yourself and rest. The whole complex is wonderful with the exception of the ducks, waiting for them to resolve the situation.
I would highly reccommend Preserve at Perdido Apartments to everyone. First of all the place is safe and secured. Everyone has its own password before entering the place. Secondly, the whole area is well maintained. This place is good for family and those people who wanted to enjoy quiet and peaceful environment. They have a gym, swimming pool, park for pets and a very beautiful lagoon. Staff members are very helpful and accommodating as well. The neighborhoods are very kind and friendly. I enjoy my stay here and i feel safe and relaxed.
No parking, walkways are filthy, faulty appliances, a/c work order x2-no resolution, compactor always full/overflowed, no visitor parking, visitors parking in resident parking after 7p
Move in process was simple and hassle free. Did it all online without any issues. Staff was nice and friendly, clubhouse is very nice. Amenities are great, nice fitness center with 24 hr access. Very military friendly place!
my experience here has been amazing!! the staff is so helpful and kind and make sure to get all my questions asked asap! they make sure maintenance tickets are submitted and the maintenance team gets the job done asap! I have enjoyed living here; even though it has been short time I am glad to call this place my home. My favorite part is how they have a vault to hold all my packages that I order or that gets sent me and I don’t have to worry about it getting stolen !

Our move in was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and kind. Our apartment is beautiful. We moved from Virginia into a rental home that was a nightmare. Needed to find a place in a great location and on the first floor. We are very gratefully that found this place.
Preserve at Perdido is a very nice community. You can step out your door and watch the Blue Angels fly over practicing their routine. I you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. Only minutes to the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Lots of ants have been sighted in our apartment. Other than that there have been no issues or complaints! We have loved living in this apartment complex.
Lovely property, great management. Had an easy time getting approved for lease and the managers were timely and professional (unlike many others) can’t beat living close the beach without the beach price.

We moved in on the 15th. Melanie was Amazing getting all the paperwork done. My neighbors are the best. They pulled together and helped us get our truck unpacked. That is the one thing I think the property should offer is helpers when you are moving in and out. I Love Our New Community!

I like staying here and it has everything you need, but the ducks, as cute as they are, are also very messy. I know that is out of the apartment's hands, other than that the location and pool are very nice.

Clean and quiet community. Amenities are plenty. Love the pond with wildlife. A nice glass of wine by the fire or a dip in the pool. Workout’s are easy in the well appointed gym.
The buildings were built too quickly. There is no sealant from floor to wall, we get ants coming from those open spaces and even behind electrical outlets. The jack and Jill doors were put on backwards so you can only lock one door from the inside.
Beautiful community, I was afraid it wouldn’t live up to the pictures since I was unable to tour it before moving in. It has certainly exceeded my expectations.
