There are only four units per entrance and this apartment is on the top floor. This apartment is unusual in that since this is a 2 story building, this 2nd floor apt is actually on the top floor. You get the advantages of maximum sun and no one living above you, but only have one flight of stairs to ascend. Features include hardwood floors throughout, modern kitchen with room for breakfast table, redone bath incorporates imported Italian tile floor and tub surround with decorative accents, maple vanity and medicine cabinet. European lighting, mini blinds, wire closet shelving. Excellent closet and storage space. The main bedroom is very large and is open to an attached den/office, etc. The second bedroom is average in size. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table. The apartment does not have a separate dining room. Newer windows. Newer electric, plumbing, boiler and hot water heater. Rear deck, private storage room, laundry, clean basement.
