Love the location. Very cozy atmosphere. Really like that the management puts together fun events for the community. Friendly staff. Maintenance guys are great and very professional.

I like how we have monthly community events, the area feels safe (key access card needed to enter), and I love the amenities here - the gym is accessible 24/7! And it has a sauna.

The apartment is great, everything is clean and new and overall the staff is nice. I think there are some things there can be done to overall improve the quality of life at the apartments but as of now things are fine.

I just moved in and the tan so so accommodating. Can’t wait to see how the rest of my experience is! Very promising start

Prado is an excellent. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is timely and very helpful. Near the highway and several options for food and shopping. They have community events, fun and good opportunity get to know the other residents.

Overall property is nice. My apartment is lovely with lots of windows. The amenities are a bit disappointing - they really need to be an effort made to figure out how to add a pool or amenities other than bags and ping-pong. Resident events are great unfortunately they aren’t always well attended largely because they start really early and end early in the middle of the week making it hard for most of the working residence to attend. The soundproofing in the apartment leaves much to be desired.

Stevie is amazing, and the rest of the team are also professional and helpful. They’re always willing to listen and make sure residents feel supported. I love it here for being 26 having 4 apartments THIS IS THE BEST ONE YET!!!! (Could add a play area or something for the kids) love it here though anyway because my kids love the fields and all the space

very smooth moving in process, elevators were reserved and ready for us, we had access to carts to help with furniture, and the office staff were very helpful with any questions along the way.

Renewing my lease because there is no better apartment building in Oak Creek. Love this place.

Prado Apartments are very well managed, all members of the leading office seems like they care about there residence. They gold community events every mouth, which is very welcoming and inviting. I would highly recommend Prado to everyone.

My unit is very nice and I love my floor plan. However, recently there have been several instances that have deteriorated my overall experience: residents regularly do not adhere to their lease (pot smoking, and more than 2 dogs/cats; failing to clean up for pets etc) and the building appears to turn a blind eye.

All the amenities are wonderful. This complex is fully equipped with all the important items my family needs. We are happy with our apartment in Prado.

The building is always so clean, and the residents are friendly. My move-in process was effortless and my apartment is perfect! It is spacious with a balcony, and the courtyard area is amazing. My dog loves the dog park and pet spa, and was even picked as pet of the month. I really feel at home here and would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Prado is a great modern apartment complex. The amenities are very nice and are kept up. The staff is great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Prado to anyone.

We love living at Prado, it’s such a luxurious community with great staff and maintenance. We love the events they put in detail to for us residents, there’s always something fun and happening at Prado. The amenities, appliances, and safety here are great. The residents are also respectful and kind so you’ll make many friends!

My apartment here at Prado is my home and I never thought in transitioning from a house to apartment would give me that homey feeling. I have been here for 6 months and have appreciated the safety of secure entrances and underground parking in one modern building. The decor and design in both the community areas and my apartment make for a bright and positive atmosphere. I really like the outdoor space with pergolas, a fire feature and plenty of seating for friends! I also can’t say enough about the staff here. Quinton, Stevie, Fabian and Steve are so very kind, professional and quick to help whenever I need it. They also put a lot of effort into planning fun events and parties for the friendly residents here. They have made me feel so welcomed and I am so very grateful for them. The location is also so convenient with most everything I need nearby on Howell Ave to the east, 27th St to the west and freeway entrance right up the block. What a great experience!

Just moved in, and so far I'm really liking this place. I like the community calendar and the events that are scheduled for the month. I'm looking forward to participating.

Best apartment I’ve lived in, the leasing staff is amazing, apartment. They have fun events for the tenants if you like social gatherings. I would recommend living here to anyone of any age groups.

I give this property 5 stars. The management team is great to work with and very professional. The building is very clean and has a great view. It has a lot to offer nearby. Great property!!!!!!!

Great experience my first year and now my girlfriend lives with me and we have signed another year lease. Looking forward to having another great year at this residence.

I will give the Apartment a 5 star but there are some noticeable stuff I need to mentioned: 1. The window blind should be upgraded to a more friendly ones 2. 2hrs Elevator usage is too small considering the fact that some tenants may want to move their stuff twice same day and any form of challenge can occur 3. The Staff lady on duty should do better making sure she attends to a New Tenant issues or direct them appropriately on what to do However the Staff Stevie is good and welcoming. The apartment is organized and very professional environment.10/10

Management was professional and helpful the entire time especially on our move in date. They promised the apartment would be in great shape on our move in date and Prado made sure it was memorable with welcome gifts and welcoming us to the Community

Great amenities. Awesome residents, clean and maintained. Location is pretty great as well, there are lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby as well.

Just moved in yesterday but I’m enjoying the community and the vibes our residents give off. I wish there was a pool but the fitness area and sauna is a good variable, also the courtyard is HUGE

So our initial move in was a great experience but now we have a nightmare tenant above us who makes the loudest & most disturbing noises daily. We have complained regularly and now are just living out our lease. The pounding & banging sounds like bowling balls dropping and rolling all over the floor. It gets so bad at times until it vibrates our walls! It’s embarrassing to even entertain and we’ve had guests literally startled at the level of noise. My wife & I can understand there will be activity above us but what we’re hearing & experiencing goes beyond normal. I also see vaping & smoking going on on site pretty regularly. Staff here is friendly and other tenants are also cordial. We were informed the tenants above us had a dog; however, the noises that come from above sound like people literally falling downstairs! It’s horrible.

Prado is the best apartment complex in Milwaukee. Its style, decor, theme, and layout as well as all the amenities it offers allows for the place to be extremely attractive as well as cozy to live in. There are tons of opportunities to make friends and meet new people in the apartment through fun events. Everyone asks me on social media where I’m staying because of how fun it looks to live here as well as how beautiful it is. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking every morning and evening. I would live here permanently if I could. The staff members are so kind and helpful, we love living here.

This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience all the way. The staff is great the, the community is great, and the sauna is the best.

They were so fast to respond and answer my question when I first inquired. The process was easy and fast. Move in was exceptional. I've now been living here for a week and enjoying the garage parking, gym, and outdoor space. LOVE!!!

Moving into Prado has been the best and easiest move! Everyone in the leasing and management has been wonderful and so caring about our new home.

Love the community and environment! Staff here are so nice and helpful. Honestly, not having a pool doesn’t make a huge difference for us as we never used the one in our last place. There are so many dogs which is fantastic as it gives ours the opportunity to have friends and be more sociable. The grill space and lounge and balcony area are super helpful when entertaining people. The one thing I would do is replace shuffleboard on the 4th floor balcony with a pool table & fix the call dropping issue in the parking garage. Other than that I have no complaints and I am really enjoying our time here at Prado.

Just recently moved in and the complex is beautiful as well as in a great centralized location. The staff is also great and always are eager to help.

I just moved in but I love this place already. The workout room is perfect and all the features here make this place very comfortable. The noise levels between apts is great too, I never hear anyone else which makes it very comfortable. I’m so impressed with this apt and have zero regrets signing lease.

It’s a great place to live! The patio is nice and there’s a gym! The walls are thin so it can be hard but other than that it’s a nice place for an actual luxury place. Oh and security is great!

I’ve lived in other apartment communities but Prado staff and community has been beyond exceptional. Always attentive to needs, planning events to bring a group of strangers together as a community and absolutely beautifully maintained.

Prado is a great place to call home and staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and the area is very nice. We love the dog park area, and there’s great walking options as well.

Living here at Prado is really great and feel luxurious! The leasing office is very attentive, friendly and they help the residents be engaged with each other by having events. They actually ask us through polls beforehand! The building is always clean and maintenance team is also good at coming on time to fix any problem.

I have loved everything abkut my apartment from the Floorplan, to the community, to the location. All of the staff I have worked with in the leasing office have been great and incredibly helpful.

We love it here! Management is great and maintenance gets done very quickly. Everyone is so friendly here as well. This is also a kid friendly apartment!

Very high end apartments with all the accouterments. I especially like the gym. It is well equipped, and immaculately clean. Definitely recommend. Lovely was an awesome tour guide!
