Potters Creek Apartments

Living in this complex was the most amazing little community. We had an apartment way in the back of the complex near the woods. The Maintenance staff was perfect to work with. Always answered when I called and were very timely with coming to the apartment to fix anything I needed looked at. Mike was excellent as a maintenance man. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The property Manager Lynn is very helpful and always available to help if anytime I had questions or concerns. Very quiet community and the neighbors were incredible. I would still live there if I didn’t take a job out of town. I read a lot of bad reviews about the security deposit being kept for unsubstantiated reasons. I did not have any problem with that. Lynn gave us a list of the things that we should clean before we moved. Very helpful to know what they looked for. All managers should do that for their tenants. Then there is no guessing as to what to do. I would not only recommend to a friend or family member I would move back myself if I needed a nice clean apartment. Excellent Management.

I only lived there for a short time, but that whole complex is the nicest place to live. It's a small, quiet community that is run by incredibly helpful and dedicated management. They keep all those places up-to-date and clean as can be and are available to assist you at any time of the day. Nothing but good things to say about Potter's Creek!
