truly one of the best apartments i have lived in period. everything from management to maintenance and general vibe is immaculate i would’ve renewed if i could but im moving to sandy springs for work. you wont regret moving here and they use flex, have workforce housing, and you can use the guarantors

Love it here. Love it so much we decided to wait another year to buy a house and renew our lease here. Trash is a small issue but that does not reflect on the apartment but the valet and residence. Ample parking, and always clean. I mean it's clean everywhere. I do have one problem. My old fridge went out, so we asked maintenance to help. They replaced the fridge in like a day. But the problem is, they replaced it with a fridge covered in black mold. When I asked to get this fixed, all maintenance did was wipe it down. The mold is still there and idk what to do now.

I would say this is the best apartment complex i have lived in! honestly maintenance is amazing and kind, everyone in the office is understanding, and most of all the community is amazing i really wouldn’t change anything aside from the location and sometimes i dont get phone calls or good cell reception

My experience here has been okay. The location is not convenient at all. The nearest reputable grocery store is a 10-minute drive without traffic. I do not like the shared balcony spaces or how the clubhouse isn't 24hr access.

The property seems to be getting much better with the update security. Had serious issues and concerns with the security however, the apartment complex is becoming more secure, especially after the gate was finished being built and access to buildings.

Overall, it was an okay experience. However, the apartment needs some fixing upon moving in. Staff was great and I did have an issue with not receiving communication on the terms and conditions of the 6-weeks free which caused me to have to change my initial move-in date and potential having to pay more at move-in.

The lights in my kitchen are two different colors, there were paint splatters on the floor, theres no AC in the hall on my floor in 90 degree weather and the toilets were left filthy in a unit that supposedly wasn’t lived in :(

overpriced, poor weather stripping, mandatory contribution to “community gas” water “based on unit size” so even if nvr in apt will hv a water gas bill. i am a single my electric is usually around 60 gas 25 (n i dont cook). if i do air fryer primarily. mandatory valet trash, but terrible services various strict rules etc most ppl tk their own trash still 25 mo. pest 7 mo but insects n stuff always inside bcus poor sealing around units.. pest control does bare min. like give u sticky pads lol. gym is weak limited equip. pool is weak. always overcrowded w. parties. gate is always experiencing probs. if its not broken ur call button certainly wont work. dog poop littered evrywhere. construction non-stop all yr round cus a crew burnt one of the buildings. mngment changed unfortunately. 1 highlight food trucks come on Wed. mail rm is kept nice. parking lot usually cleaned. paper thin walls enjoy ur neighbor’s bizz. 1st floor no balcony. one-way entry only. overall 2.7/10

So far, it’s been pretty nice. My neighbors have been cool. The neighborhood is beautiful. The pool is very nice and the staff has been very accommodating. If I had to give a poor review, it would simply be that there aren’t enough garages and some of my neighbors are a little lit.

I do enjoy living in my first apartment. The view is great, and I love the apartment look. I do wish there was a second dumpster so I wouldn't have to walk far to dump my trash. My other concern is safety, there seems to be a lot of car break-ins and the police are called out pretty often.

Got my car broken into a couple times here. Beautiful unit but I question the safety of the tentants. Limited space in my unit. Not too much storage available within the unit.

Populus Westside was my first apartment home in GA and I am glad this was where we landed. I feel centered with most visited places like Sam's and Cumberland Mall being 15-20 minutes away. The property is always immaculate, my apartment is a nice size and the aesthetics are beautiful. I love coming home! The staff responds swiftly to my concerns and requests. They also identify and correct careless resident behaviors (improper garbage disposal, noise violations, doggie waste disposal, etc) that could negatively impact everyone. I have to relocate and I hope that I can find all of the great things I have come to love about Populus Westside at my new home.

It started when i first came to visit my brother , last year in the summer it was like a breath of fresh air it’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Also has a Woking gate community most places the gate is usually broke or nonexistent. The people in the office are lovely i always see a smile even on rougher days they don’t make me feel like they don’t wanna help. The amenities are great the pool is Clean and they even have ping pong it’s something to do to get out the house and enjoy particular activities. I stay forever if the prices weren’t so high but you get what you pay for and that’s what counts.

The apartment is really nice on the outside. I believe that the amenities could be a bit better especially the study lounge which is only open when the leasing office is.

Walls a super thin hard to enjoy privacy and there are many small issues that occurred such as missing screws in cabinets and my doors needed to be resealed but overall great complex not too many complaints

I love it here ! The front office staff are amazing and super helpful. There’s 24 hour security and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. This complex comes with so many great amenities.

While I love the staff, I do find that things break very easily and it takes a while to get fixed for the amount of money I pay each month. The apartment complex smells of weed all the time so it would be nice if this could be got under control as it tends to seep into my apartment on a regular basis.
