Moved in at the end of December 2023. I like it. I have quiet neighbors. Always cleaned and picked up. Rent is reasonable, considering the increase in prices. I think it's fair. Management has been personable and fair. So far, I've enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

I live here and this place is a mess. They close work orders without completing them, the toilets have backed up multiple times and never worked. Nothing is great about this apartment complex please run as far away from it as you can.

I love living here at Ponderosa! I’ve been here about six months now. From the office staff to the maintenance staff everyone is great. The property is kept clean, the laundry room is very up-to-date and affordable. Jessica is awesome! Super knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help!

I moved into the Ponderosa Apartment in April,and I could not have asked for a better welcome,from the moment I stepped in the doorway to the office, I that this was the place I wanted to be.The staff and maintence staff are the best,I love it here.

Ponderosa is amazing. It is in a great and safe part of town and VERY close to the WSU campus. The service team is prompt and the office is friendly. My only advice is to make sure to review everything in writing before you sign things and finish up. Contracts are up for change and things promised by staff may not always come to fruition. The pool is a big plus. There is also an underground laundry room, which may come in handy in our tornado alley state. Other than contracts conflicting with verbal agreements, its great, clean, convenient and im looking forward to staying here longer.

I've lived in Ponderosa since Oct 2018 and have loved every minute of it! The staff is super friendly and easy going. The floor plans make you feel at home and not cooped up like most apartments. I have no plans on moving anytime soon. Check it out!

I really love our open floor plans! The natural lighting sure does make a huge difference as well! I am so happy you love your home!
Depends on the floor plan but these are spacious and open apartments. My favorite part is that there is a light in every room of the apartment and several ceiling fans!! That’s so hard to find in Wichita. The neighborhood feels safe and Ponderosa pays partial utilities so it’s an affordable place to live. It would be nice to have washer/dryer hookups but that’s the only con.

We love ponderosa. It’s quiet and the staff is great. Quick response from maintenance and office ladies are very friendly. They fix every problem we have had and answer all of our questions. We also love that our packages are received at the office while we are not home. The pool is never dirty and the grills are awesome all year long. We enjoy living here and know it’s not like this at other apartments.
