The whole apartment has been recently fully remodeled with beautiful quartz contertops, cabinets and attractive oak vynyl flooring. This is the right place for someone who loves the kitchen with a nearly new range, refrigerator, dishwaher and microvewave. We are a pet free and a smoke free property (no smoking/vaping of any kind) both in the apartment and on the grounds. We ask tenants to be mindful of others with noise. This is the ideal apartment for the person looking for a quiet and peaceful home to retreat to. In addition, there is ample on-site parking with plenty of visitor spaces and a park to enjoy 1/2 block away.
