I’ve been living here for almost two years. I love it because the apartments are like a cozy home. It is close to the airport. Flor and the maintenance guy are very friendly and helpful people. I’ll recommend this property to anyone.
This place is trash. Management is horrible. You can call multiple times to the leasing office without a call back or follow up. Run down over priced and unsafe.
Please no.... upgraded means painting over problems and let's not forget the price... and pictures look nothing like the actual complex just ride through trust me !
Management is extremely poor thats all that honeslty needs to be said unfortunately Elisa has left and she was the best ! Since her departure its terrible
They have not fixed my cousins heat for 6 months have a lot of proof as well incase any one wants to know cause I wouldn't let a worse enemy even live here !
This area is very clean And the office people are nice. The workers that work there leave the apartments looking good…
I have lived in the Ponderosa apartments for over two years. I like it because it is quiet, close to the highway and inexpensive. Whenever general maintenance needs to be done, Lori or Elizabeth get the right people out to fix it right away. They even have snacks in the front office for tenants. A weakness of mine. Ha, ha. I recommend this location especially if you are thinking about eventually owning your own home.
