Wildewood is one of Columbia’s most sought after neighborhoods. This wooded locale is best known for housing several golf courses and the Sesquicentennial State Park, which offers kayaking, trails, and a dog park. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. My apartment wasn’t cleaned properly when I moved in, the carpet has an odor and was soaked and wet when I moved in, and the apartment has an odor from the dirty carpet. The complex sent a “carpet cleaner” out twice, but it doesn’t look like anything was done.

Polo Village Luxury Apartment Homes is second to none in the Northeast area. It is so quiet and you don't encounter the drama that characterize such places. Community members are mindful of one another and the office personnel are some of the best you will ever meet in the rental market. The apartment complex is conveniently close to the schools and shopping facilities. The French would describe it as the creme dela creme apartment complex in Columbia.

I am from New Jersey and I flew down to Columbia, on two different occasions for my apartment search. I looked at a lot of apartments on those two trips, and Polo Village was the best. I loved the upkeep of the exterior and the layout of the interior. I love the gated community which makes me feel more safe and more secure. I must mention the staff is really great, too!

Would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in the area to look elsewhere. Management does not address issues. People are allowed to park anywhere they want Trash is constantly in the parking lot.

Polo Village is a beautiful community. The apartments are very spacious. I love the walk in closets in every room and the size of the bathroom. I enjoy sitting on my balcony as well. Management is very friendly and helpful whenever needed. Rob is my favorite. The appreciate how quiet it is too. Though I hear the neighbors from time to time (its normal as we all have to live) none have been at a level of annoyance. One negative is the parking. Assigned parking would be much more suitable. Having to park around the corner from where you actually live makes no sense. I also wish they would power wash the breeze ways at least twice a year because that is truly what's needed the most.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Polo Village this past year. I moved in July 2021 and am planning to renew my lease soon. I absolutely love the location and safety of the community. The maintenance team does a wonderful job making sure the common areas are kept safe and clean. The staff members are wonderful and always make me feel valued. I would definitely recommend Polo Village to anyone. There is a wide variety of families here and my dog loves the dog park!! I have also used the car wash station which is super convenient. Overall very satisfied and happy here!

Nothing but vehicle break-ins due to a damaged gate that stays open at all times that you pay for!!! There's roaches and stacked trash always by the dumpster. The maintenance dude is cool...but the rest of the staff is a pure dumpster fire.

Ive enjoyed my unit for the past 1 1/2 years. The application process and move-in was easy. We had a little bump as the unit we were promised was rented to someone else. The property has improved since we moved in. The security gate works more consistently and maintenance seems more responsive and friendlier. There isnt much management can do about the amount of trash residents leave outside the compactor, but they are trying to keep that area clear better now than when we first arrived. There are still some issues with amenities, not working properly or being cleaned, but overall the property and residents are very nice. Parking is not an issue for me, and although I do not a pets, I do enjoy the fact that PV is pet-friendly with several areas for walking and clean up stations for the pups. I am unaware of any safety issues. My neighbors are not unfriendly, and if youre accustomed to apartment living, then neighbors with heavy feet above you who seem to walk all day and night while slamming every door and cabinet wont bother you much. The front office staff is consistent in responding and be accessible to residents.

Horrible customer service. Loud/ noisy neighbors and the staff does nothing about it. The site security officer never returns phone calls. Rent is too high and the apartment amenities do not reflect the high prices. I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone. Do NOT rent here.

The entire office staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. In addition to the office staff, the maintenance team is AWESOME, Mr. Terry always addressed and resolved my heating issue promptly! And the apartment is spacious and beautifully maintained! I love the Polo Village Team and I’m extremely pleased!

Polo village has been okay. Not the best but not the worst. There have been 3 roaches in the past year I've lived here. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. It took then a week to fix the AC and another week to fix our leaking toilet. The gates have been broken for 8 months, so its wide open to the public. And the office lied to our faces about packages being there. The office ladies can be rude. It's not worth it to live here for the price, especially with animals. Unless you are patient and aren't afraid of roaches, this place isn't for you.

Excellent…Service, Apartment, and Amenities!!! I would like to mention Excellent service provided by Alexandria and Johnathan; they were always helpful and resolve any issues with apartment. My apartment was spacious with plenty of sunlight. Exceptional amenities such as Guest computer and printing, gym, pool and so forth!!..When I left I kept my apartment detailed clean, so they refund my money...they are very fair. Oh, they have an Amazing Maintenance staff as well…they are always on time!! Excellent Management. Kudos to You Alexandria and Jonathan!!
I recently moved in and then had a rude awakening when our car was broken into. When we moved in they claimed to be fixing their broken gate (it's supposed to be a gated community), however, after this event we found out that the gate has been broken since July and they don't seem very motivated to get it fixed even after this complex has had multiple cars broken into since it's gate broke. This also holds true for their one broken security camera, they also seemed to have no intention of fixing it. After the break in, we found out that some people have had their vehicles broken into up to four times since the gate has broken. Their lack of concern with security makes these otherwise nice apartments nearly unlivable.
This apartment complex gives "looks can be deceiving" it's phrase! Save your money!

I am a current resident at Polo Village. I have had an awesome experience since I moved in in 2015. The staff Tom has been so helpful and polite and always willing to help. I have been so blessed to have lived here. I loved my apartment, the neighborhood was clean and peaceful no matter what time I arrived home. I have no complaints Way To Go Polo Village for having employed Tom he has been very helpful and kind. Thank you Polo Village for a wonderful experience.
I recently had a serious problem while jumping off the battery to my son's car. The cables caught fire, and I was terrified. Lucky for me, the staff acted quickly when I yelled out for a fire extinguisher. Maintenance Sherry even out a new battery in the car for me after she finished her work for the day. John was very quick to fix my a/c on July 4. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I really love the floor plan of my apartment
I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The staff at the office were always so pleasant to work with you and so helpful. The apartments are very spacious and kept up, any time we had something go wrong the maintenance was there that day to fix it. A wonderful place to live, I have lived in 9 places in the last 6 years and this place was by far the best. The pool was always very clean.
Located near the intersection of I-20 and I-77 this apartment complex gives your great access to what the Columbia area has to offer. The high ceilings, community laudry facilites, fitness room, car wash, and pool are just a few perks to this neighborhood. The complex is family friendly, with children at play outside always. The only downside I've come across are the huge waterbugs that at times envade my apartment.
I've been living here for less than 6 months and haven't had any major issues so far. The office is always flowing with potential residents so the staff really doesn't have time to tend to the needs or concerns of the current residents (basically you're just another number once you sign the lease and they don't care for you). The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The rent is pricey but the accommodations cover that and they require rentals insurance which us inexpensive.
This apartment is decent, the rooms are big and so are the tubs. The office personnel are not that friendly, and if you have a maintenance issue it takes forever to get it fixed.
I hate that my lease is about to come to an end. Ill never forget riding past my apartments saying one day I will be leasing here. I got a really great special that allowed me that pleasure. I loved it! The friendly customer service. I never really needed maintenence. Very quiet neighborhood, and beautiful luxury apartments. I recommend them to anyone. Good luck everyone
Great apartments only downside is the parking. I wish there was assigned parking areas.
After months of searching for a home for myself and my paralyzed sister we stumbled upon an internet ad for Polo Village apartments. The staff we're amazing; they listened to our needs and they we're very amenable about my sister's special circumstances. The application process was speedy and efficient. There located in a convienent atea close to parks, good schools and churches. Its a quiet, safe and gated community We felt at home the moment we walked through the door.
