The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Polo Green
I’ve called them at least 10 times. It rings for 15-20 seconds and then goes to voicemail. I know it’s the right number because the prerecorded voicemail says welcome to polo green apartments. I’ve left voicemails, emails, called at least 10-15 times over the last 2 months and there is absolutely 0 communication from there. Beyond terrible management. Management is usually polite to prospective tenants to lure them. If they treat prospective tenants like this, then I can’t imagine how the actual tenants must be getting treated.
I lived at the Polo green apartment for a year an a half. The living room space is all good but the manager incharge at the Saravilla apartments is very rude( Saravilla apartments controls Polo Green in a way which is weird because everytime you have to go Clinton township to sign papers and stuff) They have a gentleman/ dummy manager sitting at the Polo Green who just takes messages back to Saravilla apartment manager (He doesn't really have a say on any decision) 1. I had issues with setting up Comcast cause they had tangled wires in their walls for which Comcast had to drill hole in wall to pull in the cable externally with consent of Polo Green manager. But while moving out they charged me 50$ for the drilled hole cause Polo Green manager was just a dummy and couldn't make decisions (they don't tell that) 2. The washing machine and dryers continuously had issues breaking down and ruining my clothes with dirty black stains. When I complained they paid me only quarter of the price of my entire wardrobe I had to throw away. 3. The entrance security is always open no matter what with a pebble/rock between doors or in the hallway. I wondered why did they have the door anyway ? 4. The quality of carpet they install is very cheap and by the end of my stay the corners, the doorway and close to kitchen were all stringy wearing out and the apartment charged me for ruining the carpet? That was a big joke. 5. Random people park cars in your carport without any freakin rules. Apart from all above, the manager was annoying and bossy which was the worst part of my experience living there communicating things. I'll give one star for the location - gas stations and malls are pretty close and the few people I met there.
I stay apartment 43275 Polo Circle neighbors with a baby going into the apartment instead of using there key they just pulled the door until it opened where other folks using a key to get in, this is not safe if anyone see's this it is easy access for anyone who enters this building what if someone see's this opens the door and wait for someone to come out of their apartment and they get robbed, This very scary staying in a place where this is happening. We loves staying there because everything is close by them gas station store's,, etc. Can something be done about this????
I moved into Polo Green Apts. on the 'premise' that the 'premises' were maintained including weekly cleaning of the common lobby and laundry rooms which I have been cleaning for 2 years now. All the cleaning people do is empty the laundry room wastebasket and close the washer lid. No one ever mopped any of the floors, vacuumed the stairs or cleaned any windows. I was told the carpet in my apartment was new but when I moved in, I found extremely old carpeting in the LR/DR area. It was so old and stiff, complete with insects that I couldn't walk on it with bare feet. The only newer carpet was in the hallway due to the hot water heater flooding prior year so they only replaced the hallway, and the bedroom carpet was another color/texture from the others. When I complained, they lied that all of it was new. I had to legally set my rent up in an escrow account to get the carpet replaced. The bathroom tiles pop out randomly and stick to my shoes or feet while walking through. The stove was in such bad shape yet it took 2 months of calls/letters to replace . This complex ONLY swaps out appliances with vacant apartment appliances; all are 25 years old or more. The condensation from my refrigerator has ruined much of my produce. Insects everywhere. Washer/Dryer are SO old they shrink clothes on perm. press. Promised GSA outlets in the kitchen but never happened. Carports are filthy and people speed through here without caution from another complex. The balconies were recently 're carpeted' with a plastic grass that is always soaking wet resulting in difficulty to walk on it. Some of the 'Security' doors do not lock when closed. Lastly, the Manager at their other facility treats the tenants as if they were in a halfway house instead of their paying customers. It's no small wonder people trash the grounds and move out before their lease is up.
