Garden style apartments with a garage. Poor security, poor screening of new tenants, too many large dogs that should not be allowed, pool often used by non-tenants because of the poor security.

this complex is nice and in a really good area. gabbi and lourdes have been super helpful we moved here in a pinch and they were quick to get us in and it’s been great! maintenance is also very kind and responds within a day or two. there’s also lots of cute ducks and turtles which i love :)
This is an excellent place to live. Danielle, Gabby, Alex, Victor, Eladio, and Angel are all quite attentive with any and all requests. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The office staff is quite friendly and helpful.

I moved to Polo Glen from PA. Alexandra was very helpful during the entire moving process and provided all the information I needed. The community is located in a safe and centric area, very quiet but close to everything. I’ve been living here for almost a year and I can’t tell you how happy I am to be part of this community, people here is very respectful and friendly. The staff is awesome and very professional, always willing to help with anything you need. Alexandra and Victor, you guys rock!!

We had a week to find a place to move in since Husband got relocated, as soon as I came in the office, Gabby one of the employees greeted me and my son and took care of us. She not only showed us the apartments that were available, she also took the time to answer all my questions about schools, hospitals, shopping, doctors, etc since we were moving from a different city I had a whole checklist of what I wanted to find in our new place. We moved in within a week of seeing the community and so far we really like it. All the people that work at the office are very friendly and helpful. Also the maintenance guys are great.
I lived here about 2 years and it was my biggest nightmare. we lived in our first apt with MOLD in our AC units for a year and had no IDEA!! Me and my girlfriend both ended up in the Hospital. They emergency evacuated us from that unit (1 bedroom) and placed us in another more expensive unit. We lost thousands of dollars in item, clothe, etc......!! we found out through Maintenance they had about 27 units that had mold... this place is a living nightmare...STAY AWAY AND DONT BE FOOOOOOOOOOOOOLED.
We never expected how lovely this place is. We loved it so much we actually moved in the same week. Thank you
