4th time living here We come every summer for 3 months to spend time with our sons and granddaughters. Have chosen to live here every time as the complex is always clean and looks really nice. Apartments are in very good condition and the office staff are always very kind and helpful. We have many choices of where to live but we always come back to Polaris Place.

Incomplete and overpriced.
Facilities are nice, however is overpriced for what it is. A good example of how the pricing isn’t great is the garages. Some have electricity, others don’t. They not only continue to charge the same, but increased pricing and refused to add electricity to the unpowered garage I currently have. Some rooms come with a cap in place of a light fixture, as my bedroom was. And in order to have a fixture installed, they must be professionally installed, all costs on you, not on Oakwood. Maintenance is pretty good, I haven’t had any issues with that. My unit just came incomplete, if you will, and they don’t seem to care about it at all.

Major maintenance issues
Fridge and freezer were not working for 5 full days. Maintenance came and went 4 times on day 1 and tried to blame me. The manager grabbed a plastic container of soup out of freezer that was defrosting while my freezer sat at 40 degrees and told it was still frozen. When I asked them to make it right and compensate me for my groceries as well as the time without a working major appliance they came back with a unacceptable counter offer and said I should be grateful for their generosity.

Helpful staff and peaceful living
I am so thankful to have come across Polaris Place and its' staff. When I first called to inquire, I was on the phone with the office for 45 minutes and they answered every question that I had clearly and patiently. The office is always clean and the staff is always so kind and willing to help with whatever they can. Maintenance requests always get done quickly and professionally. Other residents are also nice and polite. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Polaris Place, thank you Candy + team!

Excellent Apartment
A well constructed and well kept apartment complex. The work orders to get items fixed are done in a timely manner and the staff is understanding of your needs and concerns. The place is also in a well situated location making everything very accessible.

What they don't tell you
We love living here, along with the lovely home design and amenities like pool, fitness room, billiards, and laundry room, there are other things not mentioned nearly enough. Things like easily accessible & fast communication to staff through email, free use of printer/scanner machine, commuinity giveaways, easy online pay for rent & bills, easy repairs requests & fast repairs, a gorgeous short nature trail that feels exactly like the trails found at Sharon woods or Highbanks, the ability to rent out the clubhouse for a few hours for a party and along with community grills strategically scattered throughout, there's also a large one at the pool for phenomenal parties. The dog park is securly fenced and the dog community here although small is quite friendly. Theres also a wonderful system to make sure people clean after their dogs and it works very well, I've yet to see any poo on the ground anywhere. We absolutely will be staying here as long as we can

Polaris Place
Love love the service I received at Polaris Place. I stopped by with three other apartments in mind. But once I spoke with Candy and received a tour I felt like I could call Polaris Place my home. Now that I have living here for two weeks all my concerns have met. I feel safe. All your daily needs can met by a 5 min drive to Polaris Park Way. Come join our community. I am sure you feel at home.

Would recommend
Excellent staff and always responds in a timely manner, super clean property/lobby. The pool, gym and dog park are a plus! I love the location as well. Definitely would recommend friends/family! I have yet to have any issues and will continue to rent from Polaris place apartments!

A nice place to call home
The neighbors and the staff are both extremely nice and it’s easy to walk to the mall, shops, and more from here! My dog loves the dog walk and my cat loves getting to people watch!

Great place to live
Cozy quiet community set in the middle of shopping, restaurants and more. Ample parking. Good neighbors respectful kids and dog owners. Management on top of repairs and grounds are immaculate. Non smoking community.

Great Property, Convenient Location!
I have been at Polaris Place for several months and it has been perfect for us! The community has upgraded and well kept facilities and communicative management. The dog park is a great resource for pet parents as well! The property is also close to a really nice city park and lots of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful apartment
Its been 3 years at Polaris Place and I should say we have enjoyed a lot at this wonderful place. Very neat and clean, good landscaping, well maintained. Maintenance requests are quickly responded. Thanks for Candy and other staff members.

I Love Living In Polaris Place
This is the most convenient place to live! It has so many great restaurants and parks near it, it has a great pool, the property stays clean, and it feels safe! Candy was amazing when we first moved in and has continued to be a great property manager!! The pricing is great and it's just so cute.

Candy is very unprofesional
Lovely property however Candy ruins the experience. She is rude, seems to have anger issues, and is not organized. I do not understand how she can keep this job considering dealing with the public and problem solving seem to be her weakest attribute.

Horrible Staff
If you have a family i would not go here. My cousins came over from out of state to hang out, 3 of them, and we where all playing pole together in the activity center and they told me that i had to kick one of them out since there rules where only 2 guests in the activity center. Note: the activity center had nobody in it, i swear to god to you nobody. not only that but she was very rude when she said it. please don't even think of going here unless you don't care about how you are treated

Save yourself!
Horrible management- very rude and trying to make you pay for everything. They change or come up with new policy as they desire. They refused to clean the snow this year and asked residents to get salt from leasing office and spread it on their own. They tell residents when they should bring down the holiday lights down else they penalize them! I have been here for few years and I continued even though they have their walls and roof so thin, you can totally hear whats going on in your neighbor's house, since it is very close to my work and staff at leasing office was not so rude. But since Candy joined all you get is rude behavior and lease term(s) is thrown at you for everything. As soon as lease is over, I am out of here. They do get residents here since it is close to Chase and people without car prefer living here. Do not let that fool you!

I have lived at Polaris Place for over a year now and absolutely love it! The staff is excellent, my place is spacious and the gated community keeps me feeling safe. The 24 hour fitness center, heated pool and walking trail are also just a few of the great amenities. Plan to live here for awhile!

Excellent place to live
I have lived here since this community opened and it is top of the line. The staff is extremely professional and maintenance requests are addressed the same day they are called in. The apartments are spacious, 24 hour fitness center is great along with the gated community which makes living here very safe. I would highly recommend Polaris Place to anyone looking for a place to live!

Excellent apartment living
Ran very professionally. I just moved out recently and could say something bad if I wanted to but in all honesty every apartment has its ups and downs but this complex was the best and most well ran complex I've stayed in. Beth the leasing agent is the bomb

DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE HERE
Please Avoid this Apartment Complex at any cost. Management is very incompetent in solving the resident problems, I think this incompetency goes all the way up to the corporate office people and higher ups. We have had noise problems and litter problems which was never resolved. I know few previous residents who had several different problems with the apartment which never got resolved, and them all including us had to patiently wait till the lease gets over to get out of this horrible place.
