Pointe Grand Ocala

i had such a great time at pointe grand from the moment that i had arrived until the time i left willuance mesalien made sure i had no questions unanswered and no concerns reassured he is definitely the one to make you feel right at home!!

Love my apartment. Maintenance guys are awesome. They complete service requests in a timely manner . They have many activities with food trucks and gatherings for residents which is awesome. Office staff are friendly and efficient.

Good units, nice amenities, clean property and friendly neighbours! I've lived her for just over 2 years and have had very little issues. 4/5 stars

Love when we have community events. Very peaceful neighborhood. Wish there was a playground but other wise, pointe grand is… GRAND. Would definitely recommend

we’ve lived here for a year now love the location the community is also super nice we’ve never had any problems within the apartment and workers are super efficient and friendly

Maintenance and the property staff are great! But the company in charge of building these apartments were very sloppy!! Our fridge door was damaged and many of the cabinets what scratches and dents. Overspray is everywhere you can imagine, even the floors! The mirror came completely off the wall while we were out one night. Toddlers could have done a better job. The community itself is very nice but not worthy of the label “luxury.”

Pointe Grand is the best apartment community you could ever wish for & more!! From all the great amenities, to the many AWESOME community events we do here...it is indeed living the GRAND LIFE!!! I've lived here for almost a year now, and the ONLY thing I wish they would do differently was give every tentant an assigned parking spot in front of their building. Besides the parking, Pointe Grand is above & beyond ANY apartment living that I have ever known. They also do amazing decorations in the clubhouse for all major holidays, which I love! So festive, beautiful, and fun!!! Nobody does it as good as this place!!!

Great apartment. Staff friendly and apartment very clean. The gym and grounds are very nice. I would recommend the apartment complex to anyone looking.

I love living here. I love the activities planned for the neighbors to get together. The ONLY complaints I can think of are not addressed parking spots. It’s HIGHLY inconvenient to have a newborn and have to walk forever bc we don’t have numbered spots. Guests park where ever prohibiting us that live here to park close to our homes.

The Leasing process was very easy, the leasing advisor super-helpful and clear with instructions. On Move-in date everything was smooth and the Maintenance team could not have been more pleasant and helpful

Work orders are answered so fast and they do a great job with communication. The apartment seem smaller in person but it has this homey feeling that you just cant beat.

I enjoy being a resident of this complex its vey quiet and well kept. The only negative is parking however i love the amenities thats provided

It’s very nice here and the people are sweet. We love the safe feeling and the quietness. The dog park is a great addition to the place it makes it feel like a home

Not only is the apartment beautiful, but my neighbors are extremely friendly! The staff has been extremely helpful, professional, and inviting. I am excited to live here.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff are attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance is on top of any requests. It has been a great experience living in this community.

The area is very quiet and the neighbors are nice! The dog parks could be better (and cleaner). The gym is great, along with the pool and the lounge area in the front office.

Quiet and friendly with a safe and pet friendly environment. Great amenities with helpful staff. It is centrally located so everything we need is only a drive away!

Since the start all the staff has been wonderful. Liana was the first person is encountered and helped with the entire process from state to state. Complex is very clean, if ant thing needs fixing or anything needs attention Maintnence is quick, efficient and clean from beginning to end. Neighbors, like a tree with fruit on it some are sweet and others well they are just fruit. The no breed restricition, it's amazing here for the most part everyone is very respectful when put with their dog in giving another space. Some I have learned come from owning houses, or flats and apartment living is very different so we're extra ware of getting our animals out and exercised. I'm happy to be here. Conveniently located near just about everything and central to Gulf or Atlantic sea, it's amazing. From door garbage valet to little treats for the furbabies at the main office, it's great if you ask me.

Everyone that works here, strives to make it a GREAT experience! The monthy get togethers are wonderful to meet your neighbors and get to know them.! It's a neighborhood and we love living here!

Any maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly, usually same day. Steps and landings to upper apartments need power washed at least once a month, they are dirty. Parking after 5 pm is a nightmare, not enough parking spaces. If each tennant only had 2 vehicles per apartment there still isn't 24 spaces per building. Too many people parking in handycap spaces without handycap stickers. At least one spot per appartment should have apt. # painted on spot and reserved for that tennant with violators towed at owners expense. Having to park 5 buildings or more away from rented appartment is ridiculous and happens way to much in the evenings.

So far so good wish there was pavement to our side of the apartment so we wouldn’t have to walk through a puddle every time it rains. Overall MID

Me and my roommate have been here for 1 month now and have nothing but good things to say about the property, property management is great as well as maintenance wise this are done quickly the only thing I would say is the hours of operation in the office don’t line up with my work schedule so sometimes hard to catch the office people for information or updating our profile

Love the community - when I say this, it includes my neighbors, the amazing staff and the complex all together. I've been happy hear since they opened! The new management staff is doing an amazing job! They care and it shows.

I love this place, I really do. Closets are not walk in but the amount of storage and built ins really makes up for that. And the kitchen island beyond phenomenal!

Welcomed immediately every time we come into the front office! We couldn’t love our home any more! Great lighting, views, nice water pressure. The staff is very accommodating!

Moving in was a great experience and everyone in the front office has been extremely helpful and welcoming. We already ran into a couple little home problems but they were quickly resolved for us

So far so good. The apartment was clean we when we moved in, trust me I checked. The neighbors are kind. And I love that they provide doggy bags for when my dogs goes potty. The apartments are a good size, I love the tall ceilings, and I also love the modern look.

Love it here! Maintenance is amazing! Renewed our lease for the second year! Everyone is so friendly. Spend lots of time at the pool and going on walks!

Pretty okay place to live, the apartments are nice inside and very roomy. Parking situation isn't set up very well, why have parking stickers if all the spots are going to be taken up by people without them anyway?

Been here since October 2023 and haven't had any problems. Quiet and peaceful place. The pool always has plenty of space for all. Maintenance is quick to respond. Overall, very satisfied.

A new crew is here. Some things are better, however, they just ignore important emails (one involving my abuser was ignored). They also refuse to work with me on routine maintenance scheduling even though I am a work from home therapist and therefore can't be interrupted for obvious reasons. I have offered at least two solutions to this issue, one including letting me know a few days ahead of time before these inspections, but even that was ignored. It appears to be a complete disregard for the tenants' individual circumstances for absolutely no reason. I really don't think that I'm asking for much and I'm not understanding why the warning email couldn't just be sent to me a few days earlier so that I can plan around them. It almost appears malicious and very petty. I really wanted to enjoy living here, but it has not been a great experience.

Pointe Grand Ocala is a beautiful,clean community. Everyone respects ther neighbor and one another. I love my home in Point Grand Ocala. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Went to Property Mgr about roaches. PM sent someone over. Has to come back. Roaches coming out of my outlet in kitchen. He sprayed a little. Parking is horrible. People that live with other people with no decal taking our spots. I pay for convenience of a spot and times I have to park in another part of community. NEED ASSIGNED PARKING. My package was stolen. Need to install some kind of security cameras in hallways. The wi fi goes out a lot here. Not good. Especially if I work from home.

The complex is beautiful but the upkeep is lacking. I am embarrassed to have visitors because the breezeway in my building is so dirty. I sweep the outer walls and doorway of my own apartment but the cobwebs, dead bug egg sacks, and other debris are throughout the breezeway. I mention this because visitors have made negative comments to me. I believe it is the responsibility of the property to maintain the breezeways and not up to the residents. It will make a better impression to those that are considering living here.

Love my apartment but outside could use a good power wash. Walls and stairs are dirty and bugs everywhere. There should also be a play area for children

So far living here has been great! I love the apartment, I don't have any complaints about noise or bugs or anything. It was a good decision to move here.

loud neighbors with loud dogs upstairs and next door ,not the communities fault , just a constant hassle, but I will say management and maintenance are good people and professional

I love living here except I wish there was assigned parking for each apt, at least 1 spot for each Apt in front of their building. Other than that, its a nice clean place. Weekly events, a lot of room for pets.

Overall great experience so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Moving in was super easy when it was moving day. Amenities are a bonus and look forward to use them.

This place is ten time better then my old place. It’s bigger, safer, cleaner, quieter, less traffic than my old place. And a lot cheaper, complex is also much larger than my old place.

I love everything! I love the pool all the amenities and the grill! The grill has brought my family so much closer together. Only thing I think would be a great addition is a jacuzzi but is not needed with how nice everything is and the staff is amazing.
