Love the staff, new and roomy 2 bedroom apartments. I’ve been here 6 months with no issues. Nice gym, pool with cabanas, grilling area, and a pet spaw for the pets.

So far, we are liking the apartment with the amenities it has to offer. It's very convenient to have. There is just one minor issue with bugs getting through the crack of the front door and ants being on the patio.

An excellent place to live. Amenities, everything new, it has ample parking, a pool and a clean gym open 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is available 24 hours a day. Completely recommended to live in.

Nice apartment, wish there were less spiders and not so thin walls but if you over look that it’s a nice community . Nice area to grill at and swimming area even has a nice hang out area, good looking 24 hour gym( kinda wish there was a stair master ) but still beautiful all around, love that they accept all dogs no matter what the breed is

Living here at Pointe Grand Jacksonville West is amazing. It’s fun, quiet, and the office staff is quite friendly. What ever you need or what ever your problem is. Just ask and it’s done. The pool is fenced in and clean with all the amenities you can ever ask for. The Fitness Center is cool too. Exercise anytime Day or night.

Moving in was a very smooth process. Took the tour and went for it! Sent in the application and not even like 30 minutes later I received a welcome home email. On our move in date there was a mini complication we got the wrong mail key but it got figured out immediately! The staff is nice & definitely love the apartment.

We were informed 2 days before our move in date that the apartment was not ready. We had to select another unit which was not to our liking. We had already began changing our address which had to be canceled with USPS. JEA & all other bills, etc. had to be changed AGAIN to reflect the new apartment number. Amenities were not completed as promised. Our apartment had paint platters in every room. It was covered in dust. The garage still had debris in it from construction. We are charged for valet trash yet were not given the proper can upon move in. We 100% WOULD NOT have rented from this community if we had known there would be so many broken promises. Although the office staff was very pleasant, they only offered excuses & a $50 credit to our rent. We were one of many who were not informed of the change of apartment due to incomplete construction. We do hope that things will improve for the duration of our lease.
