It has been a pleasure living here. Not noisy and .clean. They have taken care of me and my family. They are very community oriented and love that we have food trucks sometimes

Walls are kinda thin so you can hear neighbors on each joining side, pricing is a little high, not much closet space, and some of the neighbors aren’t the best. A lot of amenities (unfortunately not all 24/7) and community events.

I'm very pleased with Pointe Grand, the customer service is excellent! Any problems encountered or promptly taking care of and the facilities are fairly clean, I love the gym and the pool area!

So far so good, everyone is nice and living here while going to college is amazing. Especially wjth having the krogers right by and not being to far from the school. I also feel very safe living here.

Nice place to live. Complex is kept up to the best of their abilities. Most residents are well mannered and keep up with the rules of complex.

Very safe and clean apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick and reliable. The apartments are very modern and all the appliances work wonderfully.

I moved from out of state and was blown away how helping and caring the office manager was to me. When I met her for the first time, she made me feel so comfortable it felt like I was visiting family! All the workers here are so friendly and remember who you are by name. I’m originally from NC, but I think Augusta just stole my heart to make this place my forever home! Not only are the apartments and amenities brand new and gorgeous, it’s affordable to live luxurious here.

Good apartments but maintenance can be a bit slow and so can the valet trash but overall it's a good office and place to live. I feel very safe.

My resident experience has been good. The neighbors are friendly and not too loud. maintenances showed a day after I contacted them. The community girl has come in handy after the hurricane.

Complex is clean and apartments are very nice, very clean upon move-in, and have had a small maintenance issue was resolved quickly. However the process of obtaining an apartment was very difficult and costly. There were many unexpected fees and it felt as though I were buying a house and not just renting.

So far I have really enjoyed living here. It is clean, bright and I always feel safe. The amentities are great as well! Love the gym!!! This is a great location and close to most things in the Evans/Augusta area.

The staff is friendly, however, there have been a few issues. The staff does respond well to issues when they come up, but some things slip through the cracks. Overall a good place to live. It is safe, there is not a lot of noise, the amenities are nice, but the residents do not all pick up their dog poop, so you have to watch your step constantly in the grass.

Love the size of the bedrooms they are large enough to have king size beds in each. It is also nice to have a shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other. The pool area is a great place to relax. Definitely recommend!

It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The gym is small but it’s convenient and serves its purpose. It’s 9 minutes drive to Fort Eisenhower so it’s very convenient going to work.

We love the experience so far!! The staff is so nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend these apartments to our people. Also I love how calm it is here

No issues lately, been great, office has been responsive as well as maintenance people. Pool and gym have been clean as well, just a lot of bugs lately but that's uncontrollable.

I love everything about Pointe Grand. The apartments are so modern and spacious! It’s a very safe environment and perfect for small families. My favorite part of my apartment is the nice kitchen and the modern appliances. This place is wonderful in every aspect!

Pointe Grand is an amazing place to live! Ansley in the leasing office is great and get things done quick! From the handling on the mail to ensuring maintenance does their part for the resident. It is a safe and wonderful place to live with many GREAT places nearby!

We chose this place for my college nephew and roommate after looking at many other places. We loved the apartments were in a safe location and loved how maintained they are. They love the amenities, the nearness to Krogers and close enough to college. We also loved that many of their neighbors are military.

The apartments are spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful design details that make them feel like home. The management team is exceptionally responsive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure residents are satisfied. The amenities, from the well-maintained fitness center to the inviting pool area, add a touch of luxury to daily life. Additionally, the community is welcoming and safe, and the location is convenient for both work and leisure.

The property is really nice. I feel like the apartments were built in a hurry and they are really cheap, but the property management and the neighbors are amazing. You got to take the good with the bad. It’s more good than bad

Move in was simple and the environment was just what I was looking for. I was skeptical moving from a different state and seeing the unit before hand but I love my little space!

Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with modern amenities. Great location, ample storage, and responsive management. Ideal for couples or small families.

Great place not noisy at all most people pick up after their pets. Pool is a little messy and crowded but I just avoid that pretty much a good peaceful place

Pointe Grand- Augusta has been a great place to live! I highly recommend! The no breed/weight restriction makes it even better, we enjoy lots of time at the dog park!

We moved in about a month ago and we couldn’t be happier!! The apartment is beautiful and the community is nice and quiet. 24hr access gym was a huge selling point for us. I will say though, if you are a gamer (especially a streamer), be wary about the in-house wifi - it’s a little laggy if you play online, and unfortunately Point Grande doesn’t allow outside internet providers, and there is no way to get higher speeds. Other than that, we love living here! If you’re interested in applying, go see Ansley - she is awesome and was a big help for us during our move!

So far, so good! Just moved in today and have not had issues thus far. Nice, spacious layout but still feels cozy. I recommend this apartment complex.

Management was great and ensured I had a good experience from application to move in! I had a very unique situation and everyone was wonderful in guiding me during this process and working around my crazy schedule!

It has been so amazing so far! It is an amazing place and everyone has been super nice and kind. Staff js helpful and it's peaceful and not to busy or loud.

Safe environment. I love it here . quiet, ducked off, great neighbors . everyone stay to themselvesthen when its time to come together they all come together.

Great experience! From the gym to the pool, the community here is great! The staff here is wonderful and I would recommend living here for military or retirees.

Pointe grand is amazing! Bern living here for over a year and have enjoyed it tremendously. Clean, quiet, and a great community everyone living here is respectful and welcoming.

Few issues need to be addressed upon moving in but overall its good! So far loving the environment and location since my job is only 8 mins away. The amenities are great and i am looking forward to my future here at Pointe Grand

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have befriended people older and younger than me, it feels like family more than just a friendly neighborhood.

Nice apartments! Spacious master bathroom and big kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff members. Nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and cat and dog friendly.

Live here for more than a year. Peaceful and facilities are well maintained. Our only issue is the dogs poop around the residence, some pet owners don’t pick up after their pets. We just hope that they consider putting a playground for the kids too.

So far amazing. Nothing to complain about short of the trash stinking up the halls. Amenities are good, just wish the gym had cables. AC is also fantastic.

The leasing experience was easy and the staff was very helpful. The units are clean , new and very modern. All of the appliances are brand new. The garages have high ceilings and provide great space for storage. This apartment complex has everything you need for a peaceful home.

Beautiful community with top notch amenities in my apartment home. Pool is very relaxing, and gym is very state of the art. Heather and her team provided excellent customer service at move-in!

Our experience moving in was pretty good! Everything went smooth and we ran into little to no issues during the entire process. The office staff has been quick and kind in dealing with any issues that have risen.

Very nice and quiet place. The front desk people are very helpful. The area is very well taken care of. I really like the active building app for submitting any maintenance requests.

I have recently moved into Pointe Grand Augusta and I have nothing but good things to say about my apartment. The apartment is spacious and quality. The gym is complete and essential. The staff are friendly and helpful!

Overall a cute, quaint apartment and the design is aesthetically pleasing. The patio is very small but it’s not enough for 2 chairs comfortably. The longer I live here the more builder/maintenance shortcomings as well as several repairs to the appliances I’m finding but they’re mostly small and nothing that couldn’t be remedied. Parking is a bit poorly placed which can become a slight inconvenience. The amenities are nice, the pool is shallow and great for families. The neighbors are polite and aren’t too loud throughout the day.

Definitely improved since my last rating, maintenance guys are top notch, office staff are helpful, I love that the pool is getting regularly maintained now.

I have gone to office numerous times regarding my upstairs neighbor and all the noise her dogs makes and nothing has changed. There were some repairs that were brought up during the walk through that have never been taken care of. After moving in I noticed my sink had a crack, I was told it would be replaced and it hasn’t. I guess I live in the building where they allow executive residents so it sometimes feels unsafe with new people in and out every eeek. I would have like to been notified of this prior to moving in this building.

Love the amenities and sense of peace & safety here! Neighborhood homes offer great space for walking/if you have pets and everyone is generally friendly.
