About Point Breeze Manor

This is an 18 unit apartment building on a tree lined boulevard in Point Breeze. The apartments are very suitable for CMU, Chatham and Pitt grad students. It is a minute walk to the Fifth Avenue bus stop and a short walk to Bakery Square and shopping. I have available a one bedroom for $700 and a two bedroom for $900. Rents include heat in the winter, water and Alcosan. No pets.

Point Breeze North is a small neighborhood in eastern Pittsburgh, roughly twenty minutes from Downtown. Westinghouse Park forms the centerpiece of the neighborhood, a gorgeous public greenspace full of trails, playgrounds, and lush foliage.

The neighborhood is home to numerous non-profit organizations, from the academic outreach-based Crossroads Foundation to the artist-focused Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse to the East End Food Co-op. Several local facilities support the artistic community, particularly the Helen S. Faison Arts Academy and The Mine Factory gallery space.

With a LifeCare Hospitals of Pittsburgh campus right on the east side of the community, Point Breeze North is also an excellent location for healthcare professionals.
