The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Poinsettia Place
Amira (property manager) was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my application and move in process. She made everything so seamless I was even able to change floor plans and she made it happen. The property is secure, central and beautiful. Everyone here is polite. Parking is covered and great. Maintenance is timely and so helpful. By far the best staff and property I’ve live in here in LA. The gym is great. I just love it here. The floor plans are spacious, I have a large corner unit with a million dollar view of the hills. I’ll be living here for a while !
Located in the Heart of Hollywood, this airy one bedroom has everything you need to live out a LA Starlight lifestyle. Centered around a large pool & courtyard the lounge chairs offer a chance to get a tan without leaving your house. This small and intimate building houses a youthful and fun group of neighbors, who enjoy BBQ's & weekend lunches on the patio, while still maintaining a quite and peaceful evening atmosphere. The staff is also on site, and very helpful and polite and willing to lend a hand if needed. The apartment offers a center location with a 5 min walk to Trader Joe's, the Red Line at Hollywood & Vine, where the world can be just a train ride away. If you have a car, there is a gated parking spot, and plenty of street parking for guests to come and visit. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment, and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom which make cleaning up a snap, and helps too keep it cooler. This well maintained bright and airy apartment offers a wonderful cross breeze that fills the house with the sweet scent of star jasmine in the spring and a cool breeze year round. The large bedroom has a over head fan, and there is a air conditioner for those really warm days. If you are looking for a new place in Hollywood, then you should consider this Oasis On Fountain, you wont be disappointed.
