The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Plum Street Garden Apartments
I really like Plum Street Garden Apartments. My initial impression of the facility and the on-site staff is warm and welcoming. The grounds are bright, colorful, and well maintained. All sorts of plants, shrubs and even beautiful tall palm trees are spread throughout the spacious common area in and around the units; evidence that they really care about the property where people call home. While I was there interviewing with the on-site manager, I felt very comfortable. Sheryl is nice and made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, there just happened to be a pluming problem with an outside water line but she handled it calmly and worked with the contractor while still giving me her full attention; a real professional in my book. And as for the area, I love Capitola and the location is just perfect. Well established neighborhood, close to the daily staples, freeway, and less than a mile from the Village. What more could you ask for.
