Front office was welcoming and accommodating , maintenance was always on the job and any issues rectified immediately(really had none). Grounds kept in tip top shape. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and safe . Great for someone transitioning into the area as its convenient to many area locations.

Very bad experience!!! My brother and I rented from here for 1 year. We could not wait for our lease to be up. Michell the manager, and Matt and Tim the maintenance guys accused of of many things, with no evidence, that we did not do. They were disrespectful and rude to us in a cocky way. Look elsewhere for a place where you are treated well and appreciated.

I loved my time at Plumb Grove in my cozy little studio. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. Whenever I went the the office I was greeted by name as even asked how my cats were doing. Honestly the only real issue I had with my apartment was the base board heat could cause big electric bills in winter if you weren't careful about it. Also the parking is first come first serve so don't go grocery shopping late at nigh or you may have to lug your stuff a long way but overall it's not a big inconvenience.

I am a current resident, I moved in here in April of this year. We absolutely love this place! The staff is so nice and courteous, and anytime we need help with anything they are always there. Any maintenance calls are answered within 24 hours, and anytime I have a question about something with my Apartment, the email is always answered within 24 hours. We have lived in different apartments, place this is the best one yet! Great Location!!!

This is my SECOND apartment at Plum Grove Apartments. The management and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful and have helped me out a lot since my recent move there. It's simply a fantastic place to live! My dog, Moo, and I just love it!

I've lived here for two years now. The main attraction was that it was a quick move with little to no deposit. Rent is on the low side as well, but that does come at a cost. First, there are no amenities other than a laundry room on site. I usually go to anther laundromat 3 minutes away since there are bigger dryers and it's much less expensive. Other than than that, water is free and you just pay electric. Heat will be the biggest killer in the winter as there are banisters in each room. It is quiet for the most part, but I hear my upstairs neighbors as they have a dog. Maintenance has fallen short with missed appointments and sub par work. I have a leak in my bathroom sink that caused water damage to the cabinet and all they did was replace the particle board. There is still a leak and the new particle board is now ruined as well. My front door does not shut all the way and they thought that putting up weather flashing would work, but it still streamed cold/hot air. You can tell the apartment has been painted hundreds of times over, but I'm sure that they are renovating, since I've heard some apartments now have dishwashers. I would recommend this complex for the simple fact that its a quick and easy move, straight forward, and close to everything. I would have stayed, but my significant other is ready to buy a house. No dishwasher is a hassle as I hate doing dishes.
