This was a great place to live. Great location, the apartment was spacious and clean. Juan was always available and maintenance always was quick to respond when needed. I would definitely recommend it
My time here was very pleasant. The landlord and staff were readily available to address any concerns that I had, and the complex was always very well kept. It is a very quiet and safe environment to live in.
This is a wonderful place to live. The manager Juan is excellent! He takes issues seriously and works hard to make this a safe and peaceful place to call home! Maintenance is prompt to get issues resolved if you have issues. I have lived here 3 1/2 years and had 1 maintenance issue! I can’t say enough good things!

We have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half, and are only moving because we bought a house. The community is very quiet and inviting. Any time there is an issue, manager and maintenance are very quick to respond, usually same day. We loved our neighbors as well. We would highly recommend these apartments!
As soon as I entered the place I felt very comfortable and at home. Never had any maintenance issues and the staff were always very nice and respectful. This is a great place to live and would recommend this place to anyone.

Lived here for a year before the chance to move back home a few states away. The maintenance is very quick to help fix anything. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Great location, too!
This is the Most friendly property I been so far. They treat you How you deserve. You Have everything around this property. Maintenance calls answered the same day if needed. pet friendly too. I would really recommend this apartment complex,it is so quite and safe feeling. I been here almost a year and I will renew my lease soon.

I’ve been here for a little over a year now living in a two bedroom and I love it her. I feel super safe and I’ve never had an issue. If something happens they’re here to fix It within an hour. He’s always willing to help, explain stuff I don’t understand and always there if I have questions about my lease. I just recently signed another lease and I couldn’t be happier. The prices are amazing, I had all hardwood in a two bedroom for only $769. And now in my one bedroom he made sure I was in love with it before he moved me in. I couldn’t be happier with my living here :)
The best for less Quiet, Friendly and clean everything is close to here. I highly recommend this property.
very quiet, maintenance on the same day( sometimes next day) if somebody complain is because they don't get the way they want. but on every single apartment complex they have rules and regulations. I move in on 2009 and I will be here for many more years.
These apartments are spacious. They are definetly the best looking on the outside of majority of apartments in New Albany. I love that they allow dogs and pets of all sizes and have plenty of grass for them. Maintenance is quick to fix repairs, management is friendly. Very homey feeling.
