The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Plaza 1640
Their rent is expensive for nothing. They don’t have no amenities except barbecue. They steal deposits or even if you made extra payments by mistake. The management is poor. They never answer the phone when you’ve any concern. The lady at the office is rude and disrespectful. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I pay the price for a 2 bedroom apartment and get the smallest one bedroom I ever lived in. Neighbors are extremely loud and Managment does not stop it. Walls are super thin and you can always hear your neighbors. Aside from AC and washer and dryer there is nothing here to look forward too.
Please do not believe these are luxury units, far from it! The complex is extremely small, no real amenities or things to do aside from 2 bbq grills. Residents do not pick up after their pets, and homeless people are constantly rummaging through the dumpsters. Overall a very uncomfortable place to live and I will not be renewing my lease at the end of its term.
NOTHING BUT RUDE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE LIVE HERE. If you like annoying neighbors that blast their music 24/7, you’ll love it here :). The walls are unbelievably thin you CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. Everyone and I mean everyone lives to play their music so that everyone can hear it, you’ll never have a peaceful day without having to deal with an annoying neighbor. I wish I never moved here it’s miserable. Save your money and move somewhere else. Trust me
