Constant Cigarette Smoke Smell in Unit

The unit that I live in constantly smells like cigarette smoke. The company that manages the building—FirstServices Residential—has not responded to my multiple requests for assistance to locate the source, which has been extremely frustrating as the smell lingers in my bedroom at various times throughout the day and night. The gentleman who manages the maintenance for the building is wonderful and does a great job maintaining the building.
