This is my first apartment since moving out of my parent’s home. 10/10. Maintenance is always on top of everything. If I submit a request it gets done the day of, or the next day. They have people vacuum and mop the hallways every single weekend. They pick up the dog poop. There are so many little places to walk your dog and play around with kids. Parking is good. Thank you guys for caring about us!

I'm not very happy about the change in utility billing. I have never lived in any apartment complex that charges for water and trash. I've never heard of being charged for common area electric either. They can be really strict about things but I guess that's necessary sometimes. Overall still a nice place to live.

This was our first apartment here since moving to Watford City and I am afraid no other apartment will top these. Maintenance is on top of everything, they clean up any dog poop on the grass, clean the community room and gym every day, etc. You can tell the management cares about their tenants here. Amazing place to live. Living here for a few months now and staff and the maintenance team are just the grandest. The community is well cleaned. They pick up dog poop everyday. Besides the weekends I think. But feels good running after my kiddo without stepping on those pesky stink mines. Common area could use a vending machine. But gas station is just a 5 minute walk. So not a problem.

Great overall community. Maintenance is excellent in response time and quality of repairs. The get a little over board about the decks but I guess if they give an inch, people will take a foot. Cost is overall reasonable and common areas are kept clean…a real challenge in the oil fields.

If the treatment I have received in making application, looking at the apartment and getting ready to move in is any indication of future treatment, I expect it will be a great relationship. It’s too expensive here and there’s dog poop everywhere and it’s disgusting ! Thin walls and excessive noise ! My neighbors have dogs barking all day long and all night it’s awful ! I don’t recommend living here

Love the location, rapid response to any maintenance concerns and the quite apartment, even though it’s a large complex. Parking is OK but given the amount of people, it’s well managed.

Friendly staff! Excellent maintenence! Quiet ?? apartments ( Dbldg) I appreciate the coffee and soft drinks. The gym is always kept nice and clean.

The apartments are fine, the outside needs some work. The reaidents that live here need to take more pride in their living situation. Rent for new tenants is astronomically high for what these apartments actually are.

It’s been good no complications we feel like home and we love the neighborhood we are in and how everything feels cozy and warm vibes I like our floor level we are on easy access to get to our room!

New here. So far so good. Easy to get an apartment without having to be here. Service techs are great and very responsive. Moved in during the coldest part of winter and apartment stays at the perfect temp all the time.

Rent is too expensive and they will longer provide wifi and electricity which is inside because rent is way too high ! I’ve been here for three years and i will no longer live here

Clean place, apartments are nice and have a good setup. It seems like a friendly and safe space. My only complaint is the noise especially with those that have dogs.

It’s a little expensive for the lack of amenities with the property. Could do better with the parking situation. Furnished apartment with very cheap college dorm furniture.

For the most part, good community. maintenance staff is great! Parking is normally good; more control of guest parking would be great. Pretty quiet compared to other buildings in the area.

The most professional apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is well maintained, the staff make sure any concerns are handled swiftly and efficiently… I am happy to continue paying rent here, because it truly feels like staff cares about our apartment feeling like a home.

Very well taken care of grounds here! Very pleased with everything here. Always deiced in the mornings after it snows. Parking lot always gets plowed.

Management has changed several times over the years, so have the owners. But with all the changes they have tried to keep the property in good shape. Lazy pet owners are one ongoing issue. They just can't stay on top of them. It's sad.

Planation Hunters Run is a very quiet and comfortable place to live. The complex are always taken care of by a wonderful maintenance and office staff.

Nice apartment, clean, pleasant and comfortable in all aspects. If you are looking for a place to live. I recommend them to you 100%. Apart from the fact that it is centrally located. School's shops are nearby. The liquor ?? is from the neighbor ??

Not enough parking space but great apartment prices. The neighbor isn’t bad but could be better. Maintenance does a good job when coming quick with issues.
