This is my first apartment since moving out of my parent’s home. 10/10. Maintenance is always on top of everything. If I submit a request it gets done the day of, or the next day. They have people vacuum and mop the hallways every single weekend. They pick up the dog poop. There are so many little places to walk your dog and play around with kids. Parking is good. I'm not very happy about the change in utility billing. I have never lived in any apartment complex that charges for water and trash. I've never heard of being charged for common area electric either. They can be really strict about things but I guess that's necessary sometimes. Overall still a nice place to live.

Awesome community

This was our first apartment here since moving to Watford City and I am afraid no other apartment will top these. Maintenance is on top of everything, they clean up any dog poop on the grass, clean the community room and gym every day, etc. You can tell the management cares about their tenants here. Amazing place to live. Living here for a few months now and staff and the maintenance team are just the grandest. The community is well cleaned. They pick up dog poop everyday. Besides the weekends I think. But feels good running after my kiddo without stepping on those pesky stink mines. Common area could use a vending machine. But gas station is just a 5 minute walk. So not a problem.

Great overall community. Maintenance is excellent in response time and quality of repairs. The get a little over board about the decks but I guess if they give an inch, people will take a foot. Cost is overall reasonable and common areas are kept clean…a real challenge in the oil fields.

If the treatment I have received in making application, looking at the apartment and getting ready to move in is any indication of future treatment, I expect it will be a great relationship. It’s too expensive here and there’s dog poop everywhere and it’s disgusting ! Thin walls and excessive noise ! My neighbors have dogs barking all day long and all night it’s awful ! I don’t recommend living here

Management has changed several times over the years, so have the owners. But with all the changes they have tried to keep the property in good shape. Lazy pet owners are one ongoing issue. They just can't stay on top of them. It's sad.
