The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Placita Park
Placita Park Apartments is absolute trash. How can you, in good conscience, send someone to collections without verbally informing them that they owe a balance? Not even an email. One letter was supposedly "mailed to the wrong address." I hope you realize how sending someone to collections the way you do can affect their life. This is how Placita Park treats their good tenants, by the way. Had we been informed of a balance, it would have been paid immediately.

Wonderful place to live. I lived there for one year, it was great.
Not worth it. People are constantly moving in and out because of the rent increases. Apartments are small. Nice complex but not worth how much we pay. Charges are just made up to get more money.
I love area, and the apartments are nice and spacious!! It is a block away from the park which is good for my kids, and his school is in walking distance!! The apartments are always quiet and the management is prompt in resolving tenant issues!!
Very comfortable place to live Close to both mine and my husband jobs,if need be i can also take the bus
It is SO quiet. No one bothers you. It's clean and impressive. I couldn't get the day off to sign the lease and they make it known that they know im not supposed to be here but aside from that there are NO complaints.
