Pet Friendly Pioneer Apartments is under new ownership and management as of April 2023 and our mission is to create an inclusive, safe, and comfortable home for students, families, and other groups. Pioneer Apartments consists of 3 apartment buildings and for the first time ever we are allowing pets in 830 and 880 Union Street! We will also be available for those with housing vouchers who qualify. All of the units are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent is $1600/month plus utilities. 4 Free parking spaces in the parking lot. Washers and dryers are either shared per floor or are in each unit. We are supposed to be getting high speed fiber internet early fall (HURRAY!) Until then we will pay for CenturyLink internet which is spotty sometimes and then the tenant will pay for the high speed internet when it does arrive if they choose the service. These units won’t last long now that we are opening it up to pets and non-students. In the past 3 weeks since taking over management we have signed 12 new leases. Only have a handful remaining.
