I moved here about 2 weeks ago and my downsize has been a pleasant experience. Maintenance addressed (minor) issues within 2 days and the staff has been friendly. JC is a rock star that tells you exactly what to expect, making my transition flawless. A true hidden gem!

My husband and I have lived here since the end of December and it has been a great experience. For one thing, the complex is quiet at all times during the day and night which we really appreciate. The in unit washer and dryer is amazing: this was a huge selling point to me, as using a laundromat was something I was trying to avoid. We live on the bottom floor and have upstairs neighbors, but due to the carpet upstairs, we can barely ever hear anything more than a few muffled sounds. The units facing the east get really gorgeous sunlight in the morning, it’s a great way to wake up! Also it’s 2 minutes from a Kroger and 5 minutes from a Publix so that has been super convenient. All and all, the staff has been super accommodating, especially when we chose to move in a month earlier than planned. they were kind and helpful and answered all our questions. We have seen no bugs of any kind, the water pressure is great, the apartments smell nice and clean: no complaints at all!

A couple of Saturdays ago the garbage disposal backed up. Within 30-40 minutes of notifying the office of the problem Terry, the on-call maintenance person, arrived and within an hour resolved the problem. Terry was professional, courteous, and very competent. No one likes to have a situation arise, especially over a weekend, but if it happens again I hope Terry's the one assigned to the task.

Kim has horrible sarcastic attitude, very rude , I highly recommend only contacting Brett. I was told she was rife before I moved in , in August but I ignored it and gave her benefit of doubt . They were right

Pinnacle Heights in Antioch, Tn, has been a good experience so far. It is not too noisy, it is not too far from downtown Nashville, and the staff is always friendly and ready to assist you.
Ive lived at Pinnacle Heights Apartments for 5yrs. Its quiet, family friendly and the staff is amazing and very efficient. I've never had a problem from any staff or neighbors. I've always felt safe here and there's no better place to call home.
Nice resonablly priced apartments. Roommate style Spacious bathroom beautiful windows. Apartment flooded 3 times carpet smells terrible apartment matience used blowers to "dry apartment" but refused to replace molded carpet. Electrical shortage in bathroom due to faulty wiring . Apartment parking is a nightmare unless you are willing to pay more for covered parking which is cramped also. Faulty appliances (washer , dryer, fridge ) both of which have caused apartment flooding. Moving to new place next month . Renters beware,Looks can be deceiving !!!

We are sorry that you did not have a five star experience at Pinnacle Heights. There is no way to know why your appliances flooded the apartment three times, but we hope that it was dealt with quickly through our on-site staff and/or our water remediation company. It is true that the down side of having a popular community that is full most of the time tightens parking a bit which may cause some people to park not as close to their apartment as they would like, but we are planning on making some changes this summer to increase the amount of parking in certain areas of the complex. Been living here going on 3 years and I've liked it so far. The grounds are kept clean and the office manager is nice. It's spacious although the appliances could be upgraded. Washer and dryer included. Car wash on site. Really close to the highway although you can't hear it. A few issues so far is that parking can be annoying especially when you try finding parking at night. The fitness room needs a major make over. Lastly, sometimes the gate doesn't work and so it's open a lot. Have not heard of any break-ins yet.
