City - Eagle River

East River got its name due to the abundance of eagles seen nesting by the river back in the early 1800s. In the Wisconsin Northwoods, residents can partake in summertime and wintertime recreations, including boating, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. Speaking of snowmobiling, it’s also recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World - and is home to the World Snowmobile Headquarters and International Snowmobile Hall of Fame.

Commuting is easy because of North Railroad Street/Route 45 - one of the city’s largest access roads. East Wall Street is dotted with cafes, sporting goods stores, restaurants, and taverns. Eagle River Union Airport is located in the north section of the city.

Pinewood Estates

The apartment was beautiful and the landlord, Willie, was very helpful and kind. He fixed things quickly, and always left the area clean. My experience at Pinewood Estates was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend these apartments!!
