We've been living at Pinewood Apartments for the past 1 year and intend on staying for many more! The location is very convenient (close to the highway) yet not noisy, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and look after each other, the landscape is beautiful and something we enjoy walking around daily, feels safe, and the grounds and amenities are kept very clean. The #1 highlight is our management. Maribel and Eddie are exceptional - quick to respond, have great attention to detail, and it's very obvious that they deeply care for our wellbeing and quality of life. They are the reasons we intend to stay for a long time!

Having a Friendly Community combined with Great Management makes living here very Homie and Peaceful. Everything here is maintained properly. All request are promptly addressed and the management makes real effort to culture a family like closeness.

The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, especially the pool and the gym. The management team is always responsive and helpful. The community feels safe and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Very convenient located close to a grocery store, gas stations and more. I also love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

This community is clean and fresh with no drama. The Manager Maribel and Eddie Maintenance always are on top of everything within our community. Fells like you are living in your own home.

Management was helpful. Simon was very accommodating, patient, and was able to help us with all of our requests. Ultimately, Simon made us feel comfortable and made our initial process of getting an apartment go very smoothly.

Pinewood apartments is great place to live . I lived at Pinewood Apartments for 10 years and only moved to be closer to grandkids in Riverside County. Maintenance and Management are excellent and very responsive to tenants. Beautifully maintained landscaping and pool area. Complex is so conveniently located to lots of shopping, restaurants and anything you needed. So easy to commute because of easy access to 5 Freeway and 55 Freeway.

Highly recommend Pinewood apartment. Staff is very supportive specially Simon and Eddie. Moving out process was smooth and reasonable. Really impress with service. Its safe and clean community.

Simon is great! He is very helpful and a great listener, he has helped with the concerns we have had. And has done his best to help us, he keeps the community clean and as safe as he can! He’s very professional and Sincere, which makes it so nice to have someone like him in the office. Maintenance is also great, Eddie goes over and above, he always does things the at the moment he is asked! Simon and Eddie make a great team!

I was recently apartment hunting, I ran into a lot of unhelpful people before finding Pinewood. Simon attend us. He was very patient and respectful despite all the questions I asked. I have lived on this apartments for years. Management, and maintaince are courteous and very helpful. The apartments are very well kept, the fitness center is fantastic.

Simon helped a lot to moving before committed date. He followed up on time and had a great support to make easy moving to apt. Staff is friendly, specially Simon. Really appreciate for all hard work : )

I’ve lived here for over 3 years and the new manager truly is a professional that knows how to deal with people. I am glad they changed management and were able to put someone in charge with empathy. This place is super clean the amenities are amazing. All the staff is friendly and the location is close to the freeway and grocery stores.

El nuevo manager es un amor con todos los residentes y nos da mucho gusto de tenerlo. Cuando hay un problema de mantenimiento Eddy lo resuelve en el mismo día y el manager siempre se comunica para darle seguimiento. Los nuevos arreglos a la propiedad lucen muy bonitos y notamos el cambio. Gracias a todos por su gran esfuerzo y trabajo. Nos encanta vivir en Pinewood y sus ríos son lujosos!

We have been living here for 6 months. One of the greatest thing so far is we never have issues with the management. Maribel has been always done the best that she can to assist. The environment is safe and quite in general.

Excellent place to live with such a nice family environment. Its very peaceful here. The units are always kept clean and they update the premises on a regular basis. I have made certain living requests and they accommodated me during my stay. The landlord is extremely nice.

My husband and I moved into pinewood apartments last year and have been so happy living here. Management is extremely friendly and it is very apparent that everyone working here truly wants to make this a safe and nice place to live. Management is very responsive and is sure to address any questions or service requests you have, which I greatly appreciate. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool/gym/laundry areas are always very clean. The location of Pinewood is also excellent. It is right off of the 5 freeway (you can pretty much never hear the traffic) and located very close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Old Town Tustin is also only a few minutes away and is a great little area to explore. I would definitely recommend Pinewood if you are looking for an apartment complex in Tustin.

Community always clean, management and maintaince always courteous and I like to receive txt msg or email regarding any updates or work in progress. I also love the fact that we are just feet away from the 5 fwy.

I moved to this place in 2017 but fell in love with the ambience from day-1. The neighbors are very friendly. The leasing office folks including team maintenance are just superb and they listen to all of our queries with lightening fast response on-time,everytime.

The community is so friendly and welcoming. It’s so well organized and maintained. Parking was never an issue even tho it could have been since it looks like it’s not enough. The pool was always clean and the laundry room too. Maribel is the sweetest most caring Manager I’ve ever met.. She helped me and my family when the previous manager was making our stay a nightmare. The previous manager Stephanie was really really mean and unfair who made living here so hard. It’s a big difference when you have good Management that cares about the well being of others. Maribel has turned the community to A place where everyone can get along and feels heard and understood. I’m grateful that Stephanie wasn’t managing these apartments and that Maribel was hired bc pinewood apartments is close to Everything and the layout is so cool with high ceilings and cool people as neighbors. We have a quiet community, and we are well informed about what’s happening, we get text message or email, for example - the water being turned off and for what reason the water needs to be shut down and for how long, if any random people are on the premises that do not live in the community. Which makes us feel safe, and that they care and are looking out for the families that live here! It’s clean and and the management is AWSOME! She is very nice and approachable, and if I have need anything fixed with in days it is done! I love the communication! Thank you I have lived here 2 years!

I've lived here almost a year and I must say it's been awesome so far! No issues with my apartment, I never hear my neighbors and best of all the utilities are paid for in the jr. 1 bedroom! 2 parking spots (1 assigned/covered 1 non-assigned). Management is friendly and I've always felt safe. Not sure why there are some negative reviews - no issues thus far!

walls are too thin, neighbors smoke in their apartment unit/no separate unit for no smoking.i've been finding cockaroaches in my apartment.

I have been living here since 1993. I am one of a few old tenants. My apartment is a 1 bedroom with no amenities. The grounds are well maintained. Everyone here respects each others privacy. I have had no problems living here. It's convenient as far as stores, access to the freeway, shopping is great and my job which is 10 minutes away. No wonder I've been here for so long. I am very comfortable. We have a pool which is heated and Jacuzzi. There is also a place to workout, to save money at the gym. What more can a woman ask for. Oh and it also a family oriented environment. The management is on site along with the maintenance man. Couldn't ask for more than this being my perfect "castle".
