Been a resident for 8 yrs and I enjoyed all 8 yrs. Nice clean pool. Close to all the Restaurants on Archer Road. Office staff is very nice they tend to listen to all our concerns. Good neighborhood to live in. Rent price is attainable. I must say Dave the maintenance man who's been here for over 20 yrs keep the Complex clean and safe.

Pinetree Gardens is a lovely community. The tenants in my building are friendly and helpful. The administrative staff and maintenance crew operate with professional kindness and efficiency. The staff coordinate seasonal events that make living here a fun and safe place.
AWESOME office workers and great customer service
This will be a long review. Moved in October 2016. Moved out July 2018. At first everything seemed great. Sure they check the apartment every 3 months, and don’t really give you a good notice about anything but that was fine. Parking was horrible. I’d come home late and would have to park on the other side of the place. No big deal. Kids were always dumping trash on the ground, being loud and playing pranks, and I caught them quite a few times throwing rocks at my dogs who would be on the balcony. We had 2 vehicles stolen (a motorcycle, and a moped). The management team does their best BUT they are sneaky and will stab you in the back. We wanted to move to a different unit on the ground, and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. They looked at the apartment and said the floors needed to be redone before we moved which I understood. They got a new manager while this process was going on, and she claimed she new nothing about my situation. So obviously poor communication on their end. Instead of working with me, she told us we would not be allowed to move into a different unit. We decided it would be best for our family to move out early. They agreed, and we began that process. At first it was simple. We came to an agreement/payment plan for the back pay for rent. Well 2 months later after I moved out, my account was locked and I could not make a payment. I called the office several times and kept getting told “we’ll get back to you” which they did only to say they fixed the problem when it wasn’t fixed. The manager swears she told me to bring it into the office but I have the emails. A month later of this back and forth and she sends a email to my partner instead of me saying we have 10 days or it will go to collections. Then, not even a few hours later, I get an email that it was sent to collections. When I asked her about it she said “it’s out of my hands” and when I brought up the 10 day notice she then said we could bring in the full amount. More “miscommunication” on her part. Long story short my main issue was all the “miscommunication” and lying on their end. I’m only giving this place 2 stars because 1: at least they tried. And 2: I can tell they are trying to make things better. The maintenance team is amazing.
The employees make this place amazing! Jennifer is an amazing person and is such an asset to this company. She takes care of her residents and is such a pleasure! The maintenance staff is awesome too! I highly highly recommend Pinetree Garden Apartments!

It very clean well taken care of If your problem and fix it right away neighbors are very nice no bugs No noisy neighbors Nice big pool barbecue area Close to shopping area Close the schools and Universities. Like UF and Santa Fe you can walk to target Walmart Ross Old Navy lots of places to eat You will love the bus gose to UF and Santa Fe
