Good community and place to live. The staff are great. Special thanks to Jacqueline T., she truly cares about the residents and is also committed to bringing the Pines of York community together.
My wife and I retired here from the Phila.area and I was hesitant about the move but I believe living at the Pines is a big reason why I enjoy living in Virginia. I love the quiet atmosphere here . I am out all times of the day and night walking our dog and am amazed at how peaceful and quiet it is in the development .
Anytime I've had an issue it was always addressed in a timely manner with great customer service.
I like it here because it's well maintained and quiet (except when the jets from Langley fly over). Most importantly, this is a safe community.
We enjoy our apartment at the Pines, it is quiet, friendly and well maintained.We would recommended it to friends and family.We especially like the large rooms and ample closet space.
The maintenance team are friendly and professional. Explained what was being done and how to avoid any more issues. The response time was quick. So glad I live here.
I have lived at Pines of York for about 10 years. I raised my five children here and never felt worried about my childrens safety. The property manager and her team are great! They are very in touch with their residents needs and they put forth a lot of effort into showing us that they care. It is not unusual to see them at the front of the complex passing out breakfast bags, or taco meals for Cinco de Mayo, to residents coming in and going out of the complex. They have been great to work with, along with maintenance they do a great job keeping our units and the entire grounds of the complex looking great. My kids are now grown up and out of the house, so I have moved to a smaller unit. I am very comfortable and I no plans of leaving what Ive been calling home for over ten years.
I love living here. Well kept community and management is always there to help and have an active part in making this community a great place to live.
I refrained from posting this review because of the kindness of the staff. It wasn’t until an inappropriate interaction with the staff that I felt the need to post this. Honestly not a great place to live. Half naked people walking their pit bulls around the neighborhood. Loud over head jets. I’ve had 4 car crashes happen right outside my window waking me up in the middle of the night and keeping me up with the sirens, screams, and lights.
I truly enjoyed living here with nice neighbors and a very helpful and great office staff and maintenance members. It is very peaceful here and they do take care of this community. I will be moving soon with a heavy heart as I truly enjoyed my stay here. The community is great because of the surrounding areas, neighbors and management team.

The property is always well kept. The grounds are always cleaned up. The lighting throughout the property is well lit and safe. The exterior is checked for good drainage and free of rot or parking and sidewalk area cracks or damage.maintenance is always coming thru the complex checking for anything that needs cleaning and fixing as well as responding to tenant service request. Its a great feeling of security living here.

Me and my family moved here in 2016 and I just renewed my contract for another year. The Pines Of York is the best community that I have lived at for several reasons. The neighbor hood is quiet. Great school district, but mostly because of the staff members that work here. The maintenance team have always taken care of all of my work orders in a timely order. The office staff and the manager are great and very pleasant. I enjoyed the meal on the go they provided just a few weeks ago. Even after all these years of living here they continue to surprise me each year with the improvements they are making. I recommend this place to my friends and family.
I lived at Pines of York as a teenager with relatives, the staff was so professional, and courteous that it felt like home. It felt like home so much that I have moved back with my own family!

From the moment I met the staff I knew I made the right decision to move here. They were welcoming and eager to show me how great it would be to Live at pines of York. And after moving in they were right. I really am AT HOME.
Nice neighbors ample parking nice events and staff is nice and helpful. Lots of grass for the dogs and children. Enjoy it here

I've lived here for almost 2 years now, and I really like the apartments. Nice neighborhood atmosphere, mostly pretty quiet and friendly. Apartment is a really great size. Maintenance has always been prompt and friendly. Groundskeeping is done regularly so the complex looks very pretty.

We love the pool and the community events they have. The clubhouse is great too! No crime out here and very quiet. The grounds are kept very clean.
This apartment complex is fantastic! I lived here for almost 3 years and really enjoyed it. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to work with. You can tell that they really care about the folks that live here! The guys that do the apartment maintenance are super quick to fix issues. I had a one bedroom, which included in unit laundry, which was super convenient. The apartment was generously sized and kept in great condition. I always felt safe here. The rent is also really reasonable for what you receive. To add on top of that, it is right near the Food Lion shopping center with other restaurants, a great location. I would definitely recommend the Pines Of York!
I have lived here since Jujy 2010 and have never had any issues that wrer not handeled in a good manner. The staff here make me feel like family, which I much appreciate.

Well operated and managed apartment complex!
Im not pleased with the flooding of the parking lot when it rains. I purchased a new car this year and I am so scared of getting flood damage. I have to move my car every time it rains and park far away from my building so that its not sitting in water. Im also disappointed in the quality of the dryer. It takes several cycles to dry loads even after its had a maintenance work order completed and Im not used to that at all. I am pleased with how prompt the maintenance employees are though.
I have never felt so secure in my life; I am in the military and away allot and we would still be at Pines Of York but I got transferred. I was able to leave my wife behind with a peace of mind when going on deployments. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back to the Pines Of York. The manager and maintenance are the best. They do whatever we ask and in a timely manner. I would recommend Pines Of York to family friends and anyone who asks.
There seems to be ample parking and a lot of grassy areas that I havent seen other places. You can get out of your car easily. Parking places are wide
