Property Ratings at Pinecreek Apartments
My family has lived at this property for 10+ years. 2025 is their best year yet because of how on top of everything the office staff and the maintenance team is. They're kind, they keep great communication/lease updates, and they work so hard to make sure our families are taken care of before heading home to their own. Prospective movers should be mindful, though, of restricted parking. It is a gated community with plenty signs posted that your car will be towed if it does not have the property permit posted. This gives priority parking to residents only. The complex is also right next to the OC Fairgrounds, so this enforcement gives that much more priority to the residents, especially during fair/event times. If you're looking for a safe, simple, and friendly spot, Pinecreek it is. If you're looking for a property you can take advantage of and disrespect, kindly move on.
10/10! Office staff is super helpful and nice, Maintenance team is on it and very friendly. Super well maintained. Very Quiet and peaceful place to live!

Super quite nice place to live perfect walking distance to the fairgrounds
We have made a home here for almost 9 years. My daughter learned to walk, swim and ride a bike here. We have seen friends come and go but a few have remained that we consider family. Owned privately, the grounds are kept immaculate and always brimming with colorful flowers. Recently painted buildings give us the feeling of living in a brand new community - complete with new lounge chairs and tables at the pool! The management and maintenance staff have always been helpful, prompt and fair. We chose to make this our home due to closeness to the freeways, parks, shopping and schools and will stay here for a long time to come!
The apartments have really large master bedrooms, the complex has a very nice property,giant trees,wildlife like squirrels and ducks,alot of green grass,running streams and waterfalls,2pools,a large jacuzzi,fitness center,and gated patrolled parking.There are also plenty of eateries w/in walking distance.An overall beautiful and chill place to live.
