Property Ratings at Pine View
Quiet area, children of course after school playing outside. Very good area, with a great elementary school, right by Camp Pendleton. Only downside is sometimes trash overflows. Great area though
The management is great. There are several nightmare tenants who don't follow the rules, who need to be evicted because they are making life miserable for the decent tenants.
