I recently had a leaky kitchen faucet and Carl did a great job of repairing it. The maintenance staff members at Pine Ridge are always prompt and courteous. One of the main reasons I continue to live at Pine Ridge is the excellent maintenance service.

The studio space is well-laid out and has enough room for all I need. I have lived there for almost two years and feel safe since there is good lighting throughout the complex. The apartment maintenance and management is always friendly and helpful. Nice that they allow pets for a small monthly fee. They do NOT salt the parking lots, this is something the residents are responsible for. I have learned to keep a bag or two of salt in the car always.

Excellent place to live. The only complaint I have is not something Pine Ridge can do anything about. I love the apartment I rented and I've been here since 2020. The managers and maintenance crew keep the place looking good. I have photos that I wish i could post here. Come see the place. You will love it.

The property is well-maintained and any issues that come up are quickly resolved. The property is, for the most part, pretty quiet, and neighbors keep to themselves. There is a well-maintained pool in the summer and indoor exercise room. The only criticism is that I wish for more flowers and trees and for some of the common areas to be painted and regularlly vacuumed.

Have lived here for almost three months now and I absolutely love it, the management and some of the best that I have ever had and they are all super helpful. The amenities that they offer are wonderful from the pool for summer fun and the pet exercise area for any pet lovers

I have lived in Pine Ridge for two years. Maintenance is efficient. Neighbors are quiet. There is a positive community of residents. Pine Ridge is nearby the Walmart shopping center. Rent is reasonable and the apartments are nice.

I love living at Pine Ridge. Management has been kind and offered me lots of help during the moving process. My neighbors are quiet and it's cute that a few old timeres watch over the community at night. My apartment is big and the walk-in closet could be used as a spare bedroom. Prices are cheap compared to other apartments that are a lot smaller and do not include a pool or dog park.

I have lived at Pine Ridge for 4 years now. I have had issues with my apartment, but they are prompt with fixing the issues. The property manager takes the time to listen to your concerns and tries to resolve the concerns as quickly as possible. It’s close to shopping and the pool is a plus.

It’s nice and all, can’t choose your neighbors. Out neighbors are loud and constantly fight. Will say so far they have a slight gnat problem but we are working on it. Very excited for the pool to open up

I've been living here for 5 years and it's pretty decent compared to other places I've lived, anytime I've had a maintenance issue it gets done ASAP. I've had a lot of different neighbors come and go and most are quiet and keep to themselves but you do get an occasional stomper or loud drunk in the parking lot late at night. When I first moved here I used the laundry machines but there is always an issue with them and the card reader to use them so I go to a laundromat instead to save me the hassle. All in all though the staff is very helpful and the place is affordable for the area, so I won't be leaving anytime soon.

Tenants constantly stomp up and down the stairs even after being notified to cease, management doesn't address issues, maintenance is ok.

The pine ridge apartments is a nice place to live at when things go wrong and you let them know they are on it right away and I like that about this complex it can be on the ground’s always a lot of trash everywhere which is bad look when you have visitors over to visit I complained about the furniture sitting outside the garbage another not good look when you pull in the lot which there’s one out there now it looks bad when you pull up!! To come home. Also I complained about the dog mess all over they been warned with letters but that hasn’t helped at all I watch residents every day with there dogs and they don’t pick up! At all and they abuse the laundry facilities the dryers don’t work they put tape on the doors it’s never clean when I go in there no screens in the windows. But overall it’s a good place to live. I think the complex needs security cameras outside and in the laundry facilities.

Much better already than the last place I was at and I've only been here for about a week, had an issue with my sink dripping and not even 24 hours later it was fixed!

The this place is pretty nice for what you pay. Neighbors can be iffy and most don't pick up their animals waste outside but other than that we love it here!

Moved here a couple of months ago, close to a lot of places to eat and nice area. I really like the size of the apartment too, it's bigger than my friends 2 bedroom somewhere else lol. Haven't had any problems so far. The workout room is really nice too!

A Really Nice Place To Live I moved here last summer and recently renewed my lease. The Pine Ridge Apartments are clean,quiet, and close to shopping and dining. Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner and the management is terrific!
I don’t have many issues living at these apartments, but the few problems I’ve had were handled very quickly. The lady who works in the office is so sweet and genuinely helpful.
I have not had a great time. First 3 months I was given an apartment that flooded and then caused an awful stench. The apartments are not updated, still using original dial thermostat that doesn't work. Of the 3 washers only 1 works and of the 3 dryers only 2 work, barely. They simply give it a fresh paint of coat and I think shampoo the carpet.
Everyone will love how the staff quickly responds to the inquiries of residents. Clean place and quiet. I'm always welcomed anytime I enter the office even without appointment. They are just amazing
It's an older building and not everything is perfect, except the management. I am 79 years old and have had many apartments. The manager here is the best I have ever encountered -- totally responsive to my needs and concerns.

I've lived here since 2008.ive had really good experiences with management and other tenants and some really bad ones. Management listens to your concerns and if they are able addresses them right away. They were extremely helpful when I needed to move from a 3rd floor apartment to a ground level one due to a health issue.

While applying for this apartment it was a quick and easy process,Anytime we have a problem with anything the staff is easy to get ahold of . Any problems in the apartment gets fixed in a timely manner and the staff is flexible with times they can come by to fix anything. My experience here so far has been great.
