The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pine Ridge Apartments
We ended up in a different unit than we signed for. They let us know 10 minutes in advance that our unit was not avalible for move in and had to scramble to find us another one. We were not told it was a basement unit until move in. Water keeps flooding in the hallway and into my unit. The walls are very thin so there's a lot of noise. Lots of trash left in the yard by neighbors.
Roaches Pest and Crime oh my! I have lived at Westbrook Apartment for over 5 years. My first 3 years were fine, no issues, no bugs, and no mice. In those last two years, things took a turn for the worse. There were roaches, things weren’t getting fixed, and the crime increased. The parking lot is almost completely dark because the parking lamps don’t work. They have been out since April 2018, I made calls for 7 months straight asking about the lights. I was told they were getting fixed. They added a light by the dumpster but they never fixed the lights by the apartment and the cars. During this time quality of people who they allowed to move in declined. We had an all day hostage situation that made local news. Because the parking lot is so dark it invites crime. I had an out of town friend come to visit and someone went through the lot and slashed dozens of tires, including my friends. During my first 3 years, they would spray for bugs and pests every other month. I tried to pay for terminx to come out on my own dime and they said they couldn’t come out because the apartment complex owed them money. For 5 years my view has been the swimming pool. Each year the pool would be open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. This past summer they didn’t try to open the pool till late July and then they found out the pool was broken. The wall is STILL peeling off from the edge of the pool. Now it’s February and the cover for the pool still isn’t on; so I have to look at the rotting pool every single day. Did you know Seven Pines Road is aka Seven CRIMES Road to the Springfield natives? I didn’t to recently. If you can afford to go somewhere else pay the extra money and do it.
There is no eat-in kitchen in any of the apartments at Westbrook. Want to see a real picture of the pool? Drive on by! In addition to not filling it last summer, they couldn't be bother to clean the dirt and leaves out of it let alone put the cover on it for the winter. The new owners are just letting it fall apart.
love my landlords at Westbrook and can't believe all the negative reviews! My family and I have renting from them for four years and have had nothing but positive--and prompt--interactions with the staff. Especially Joni and Trisha! Love them! The maintenance staff here is amazing, I once had an issue with my bathroom faucet leaking underneath in the cabinets. They came over right away and fixed it. The size of my apartment was amazing for the price I was paying! Overall, I would rent from here again!
Flooded with sewer water in the bathroom. We was out of are apt for a month Westbrook refused to set US up in a hotel. I lost food medical equipment, vacuums and more.CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT had to be called to force Westbrook to clean up apt mold had grown on walls, furniture in cabinets even on are clothes plus coats and shoes. Still have pictures to prove.
nice place to live. friendly staff and neighborhood not too bad. sometimes the service is to late ..when we call them they don't come until we kept calling....overall staff is realy nice
Nice staff, but no central Ac only wall units. could use a few updates
