Pine Meadows Apartments

I love the staff. Just don't like when people throw trash on the ground and not in the dumpster instead and wish they would pressure wash the breeze way.

I will say every one chance I have, that pine meadows apartments are a wonderful and pleasant place to live.... Great community and staff...

I had a great experience from the application process until the time I moved in. Staff is so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient people and do whatever necessary to help.

Great place to live, been here since 2001, they have been awesome from office to maintenance and ground workers, I love this place and so will you.

Pine meadows is a good community to live in, it is quiet, everyone pretty much stays to their selves and the staff will try to work with you and help you any way possible.

Overall my experience has been good however the maintenance staff could be a little better about work orders and give a little more details other than “We’ll be back” and then doesn’t come back.

Its a good place ! My experience is very good! I only live one year and now i do one year more because my family and i i loved. I liked because i have store, fast food, everything near.

My experience here at Pine Meadows has been excellent. My neighbor's are friendly and it's been a joy living somewhere to call home. Locally located near grocery stores and shopping. If your are looking for a place that's not too expensive family friendly with amenities this is a great place to call home.

It's a good community, everyone pretty much stays to there self and trust to respect their neighbors, maintenance is quick and efficient, as well as the office staff, understanding and kind, there to help when needed

Good, quiet and beautiful place to live. The administration always solves the problems that arise.The apartments are spacious and nice. The complex is always kept clean. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and I 295. I love living here.

Our experience here has been totally wonderful... We take pride in being a part of the pine Meadows apartments community . We look forward to many more years here.

Love the front office. Just have a problem with people not put their trash in the dumpster. And people throwing cigarettes down in the breezeway

I love live here! Es bastante tranquilo, pero lo único q no me gusta es que la piscina siempre la mantienen cerrada, el gym y el loundry..deberían de mantenerlo abierto para poder utilizarlos en cualquier momento necesario

My overall experience here at Pine Meadows has been ok. I’ve been out here over 5 years so I’ve seen many changes that aren’t necessarily for the better. Maintenance and the up keep inside apart is not that good. New appliances and cabinets are needed immediately. New residents are loud and not so clean. Children are unruly. I use to love residing here because it was peaceful and clean. That has changed

Another wonderful year here at pine Meadows apartments..I look forward to many many more years here in this magnificent community. Once again, thank you staff and maintenance.

Move in was a very quick and seamless process and the apartment and community are in great condition. The management team has been very helpful and welcoming and have answered any question I've had for them and always walk me through processes to make it easy. Very excited to live here!

It’s beautiful place quite and calm everyone stay to there self no fighting or nothing some people are respectful but overall me and my daughters love it here

It's been a good experience the last three years everybody mostly stays to there selves it is quiet and not a bad place to live at all.the staff is there when you need them

Love living here. The office staff is outstanding when you have questions or concerns. Maintenance is always on time and diligent with work orders.

Excellent . Nice community. Staff is great . Maintenance is good. Just got painted. Pool is closed all the time but when open too over crowded with unsupervised minors.

I love living here it is a great place to live and call home, everyone is great from office to groundskeeper, I’ve been here for 4 years now and there always doing something to improve the complex.

The move in process was good some things just were thrown together. But it was small things overall I love my place and the staff is really amazing.

Very quiet and just need the gate fixed due to the fact I feel as if anyone can have access with coming into the apartments. Just had a minor issue with my stove.

El apartamento fue entregado en malas condiciones, no apto para mudarse, persianas rotas, ventanas sin mosquiteros, pisos manchados, gabinetes de cocina y baño en mal estado, baños sucios, entre otras cosas

Love here the pond the gym the quite its just a nice place to stay and the cute ?? and ducks are very unique plus the pool is a bonus. It's just very nice environment area I like it here I will be here for awhile.

Over all it was a great move in a few minor things that needs to be fixed. I so far enjoy my apartment and the complex. It’s quiet and nice here. Wondering when the pool will be open lol.

It's very cozy place to live. And I luv the pond plus the turtles and the ducks it's very quite and nice place .plus the blue color pool well everything nice

Every thing Been perfect since I moved here very nice place management and staff they been great and maintenance people responsive and fast very happy

All apartments have issues but this one has very few things that will affect the way you and your family live. Maintenance request are slow but the customer service at the main office is outstanding. I would say it’s a great place to start as apartments are extremely expensive everywhere. Also the area is great for the price and the apartments are pretty spacious. Overall, I am very happy.

The new paint colors are so refreshing makes the apartments look modern and new. Quiet and clean environment. Wonderful staff. No negative reviews

Love everything about this community specially the gym and the pool plus mr.joe he the best. And Ms Kathy they are very understanding and anything I need done or replaced it gets done

Pool game been closed since Labor Day weekend. Non residents walking thru broken fence holes. Laundry and weight room only open during office hours. And there's only one grill. Dino's always over full. Some residents that I've met are very nice.

Every time somebody comes to visit us here at pine meadows apartments, they always compliment us on how nice and quiet it is here and how clean it is.

It's been nice, rarely had any problems, good support team, good community, and amazing staff and clean apartments. We've gotten help fast many times and everyones nice.

Very quiet. Clean environment. Respectful community. Joe is the best ! He works with you and is punctual, accommodating and informative. Great apartment complex.

I love Pine Meadows, it has been a great place to live for me, office staff is always friendly, maintenance and ground keeper are always on point and if ever I have any issues before I have finished putting the work order on line it’s like they are at my door, thank you guys for being the very best.

It's very cozy and relaxing I been here about a year everything I need is right here. The view is awesome. And the staffs are very helpful I luv it here

I enjoy the location. I have been here for 6 years. I would recommend this community. Maintenance request are not as fast as they used to be but they always get the job done. Only 10 minutes from the town center.
