Our spacious one and two bedroom apartments (some barrier-free) feature in-building laundry facilities, window coverings, air-conditioning, on-site management and 24 hour maintenance service. Rent includes heat, water, sewer and trash removal. Public transportation is available. Low traffic area as the building is on a dead end street. Occassional viewing of deer and turkeys. All units were remodeled only a short time ago. Pine Manor is an Elderly Community which is defined as 62 years of age or disabled of any age. Rent is based on income. Located about 30 miles northeast of Grand Rapids, Greenville combines suburban convenience with rural charm.
