Scammers and Liers

You will Never Get you SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK ! THE PEOPLE SAID WAS TRUE!!! WE TRIED ! WE LEFT THE APPARTEMENT CLEAN AND ON TIME. PRICES FOR RENT JACK UP UP UP ! PLUS WATER MEATERS ! GARBAGE ALWAYS FULL ! THINK AGAIN !!!

Keep Looking

Did not renew lease..found house with a yard for my small children to play. This place only has a pool. No walkways, picnic areas, playground, gym, or landscaping. Tenants can't even use the clubhouse. It is only for show. My daughter was almost hit in the parking lot by speeding cars..because there are NO PLACES TO PLAY except the tiny lot area. The ugly parking lot is the only view you will get here, and there is ONE DUMPSTER for all of the units to use. It is overflowing with rotting garbage, and the stench is overwhelming. If you live on the bottom floor, be prepared to hear loud music, stomping, and cabinets slamming. There is NO insulation or even carpet upstairs to buffer the loud noise. Without speedbumps or stop signs, idiots barrel through the tiny parking lot, without even caring about small kids playing. The field nearby is so full of dog poop, we had no choice but to use the parking lot to play. Now tenants are paying EXTREMELY ridiculously expensive water bills, on top of high electric bills and overpriced rent. These places are not well made inside, and are built with very cheap materials. You can hear neighbors every move next to you, and all around. Save yourself some headache and money. There are so many places less expensive than here, that offer much more for your money. You will NEVER get your deposits back. Trust that as fact...

The place is OK

The only amenity you have is the pool. No place for kids to ride bikes or play without worrying if they will get hit by a car. Now you have to pay for water. My first bill was about $110 (quite ridiculous). Rules are changed constantly. The only consistency is that the landlord is inconsistent.
