I have lived here for over 1 year, love it because I am at the point in life I just want peace and quiet. Dulce Has always been such a great help everytime i have a issue in my apartment.

I have been here over a year and in that time Toya and Dulce have answered any questions or concerns I've had. It's a very diverse community which I like, and my building is very quiet at night (Seriously, this took some getting used to). My experience has been great overall. Of course you will get the occasional car stereo, or a party that extends a bit longer at the shelter house during the warmer months. To me, I don't mind these things as it shows a vibrant community. When I moved into my apartment, it is an older unit and I was made aware of that going in. I've only had one issue with my apartment and it was quickly addressed, an easy 5 minute fix.
Me and my family love it here. Dulce and toya worked earnestly to help us get our place in prompt timing! Dulce is always so helpful and understanding! Convenient laundry facilities and 24 hour gym as well.
I have lived here for over a year, management has been good and helpful. Very quiet neighborhood.
Its a very easy & nice move in process , the property manager Dulce was amazing and the best help!!! Definitely recommended especially if youre looking for a nice community to live in!!
The staff is nice and cool and the pool is huge and the dog park is fabulous the park is fun and I highly recommend this apartment complex
