I have enjoyed living here. My building is quiet and I get along well with my with the community. Only down side is when a washer and dryer go down it takes way to long to get approval for repairs/replacements.

So far so good but paying rent threw portal is not easy and staff is not that knowledgeable on how to see why things don't go threw but I figured it out.

It is a good place to live. The only bad thing is that you don't have a designated parking space and on the weekend you will have to leave your car outside on the street because it gets full of people who may not live here.

Staff and maintenance techs are super nice and kind. Moved in with no issues and no hassle about anything. Had a issue with our fridge but maintenance team fixed it within the hour

Absolutely love this place. Staff is super sweet and helpful: I'm treated as family. Service and room repairs are dealt with immediately. Pool is great as well! Definitely recommend. My apartment was flooded this past week. I had privous leaks that I had complained about to management for months prior. The roof was never repaired after each complaint. Management knew they had bad seals that were leaking through the year but did not choose to repair them. My personal property was damaged. I was told I needed to move out by the weekend- they choose not to help with my and my children’s displacement. This apartment will not take responsibility for negligence that caused my displacement. Even require you to have renters insurance- which denied my claim because it was the apartments negligence that caused the flooding due to poor upkeep.

Started here for one year and never had a problem. Wonderful staff, always prompt, and very nice. Reasonably clean apartment for the price. Would live here again if I needed an apartment again.

I just watched Klaus Towing remove another vehicle from the parking area. This complex does not have enough parking for their residents. Up until very recently, residents have been allowed to park in places that weren't actually parking spots, (spots that were not blocking others in or causing an obstruction to traffic in or out of the complex). Without any kind of warning that they would be cracking down on parking issues, they hired Klaus Towing and has allowed the towing company to charge the maximum fee the State of Colorado allows. They do not think twice about posting flyers and newsletters about other things but when it comes to something important like their residents cars being towed at $300 a pop, they keep that news to themselves. It is a shame that they have decided to treat their residents this way.
This place will give you no warnings on anything unless their rent is due or their little dumb paper they give with the notice of payment. Place looks horrible and the carpets everywhere are stained and dirty. Disgusting place to live. My contract is almost up thank god.
Pine Crest is such a beautiful complex. I feel comfortable, safe, and important. Management always puts residents first, and we never go more than a day with a problem lingering in our home. I highly recommend it to anyone
While working in a self-storage facility for years here in Colorado Springs, we heard the horror stories about most of the apartment complexes from our storage tenants. For instance, we heard about insect and rodent infestations, the high costs of utilities, the poor responses to maintenance issues, the noise from wild parties, and the repeated visits by police. But never anything negative about Pine Crest. So we came here to check it out. Felicia’s smile and sense of humor drew us in. When she showed us an apartment and told us the cost we were hooked. My husband and I moved into a 900 sf 2-bedroom apartment at the beginning of May 2015 and we have been comfortable and happy now for 4 months. We have been very pleased with the respectfulness of other tenants and with the quiet – especially at night. Since the residents are made up of young singles, families with small children, and senior citizens it is really nice that we all get along. Our apartment has large rooms, 3 large coat closets and a large storage closet. Everything is large. Compare, if you will, to other complexes that offer much less square footage at a higher cost. Our flooring and cabinetry were updated not long ago and the apartment had fresh paint. We look out on the courtyard at grass, mature trees and flowers. The community offers a pool, a fitness room, and the community room offers tv, internet, a fax machine and free video rentals. Location is excellent. Pine Crest is located about 1 block west of Academy on La Salle. We are not far from shopping and restaurants. You can find anything you need on Academy Blvd. Managers, Jenn and Felicia, and the maintenance staff are personable, friendly and extremely helpful. There have been a few maintenance issues (not surprising since the complex is an older one) that were taken care of quickly. For instance, we had problems with our refrigerator freezing up and dripping water. The maintenance supervisor ordered us a brand-new frig which arrived the next day. We haven’t lived here through a winter yet but we expect to be comfortable. Our heating system is hot water baseboard heat which we know from experience is clean, even and cost-efficient. The only negative comment I can make regards the laundry room in our building. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers but 1 of the washers has been out of service since we moved in. It would be more convenient to have all 3 operating. I recommend Pine Crest Apartments to everyone!
