Pine Brook Apartments

This place is a nightmare. Management is terrible, the laundry room is filthy, and basic living conditions are unacceptable. When we first moved in during the summer, the AC was broken for two days, leaving us to suffer in the heat. Then, when winter came, the heater failed, and it took them almost a week to fix it for us. Security is a joke—car windows are broken into regularly, and tires were stolen right off vehicles during Thanksgiving. The water pressure is a constant battle, swinging from scalding hot to ice-cold in seconds while showering. And as if that weren’t enough, they shut off our water during the day because the pipes are constantly breaking. Living here is a never-ending cycle of frustration. we are moving out next month. So please do not live here!!!

This place is horrible. Roach infestations are insane. We have told office and they did nothing. They refuse to give you a key pass for the parking lot that contains the mail boxes if you park on the WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE APT COMPLEX. Every year there’s leaks. The office people are so rude and maintenance always leave their trash everywhere. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here. The rent price is way too much for what they offer. They’re always shutting off our water with absolute no notice and then continue to send the tenants annoying text messages that we didn’t even approve to be constantly messaged. Rent somewhere they give you at least the benefit of driving to get your mail instead of walking from the complete other side of the complex in the rain and 100 degree weather. At least give us that. Ridiculous.

I've been living in this apartment community for quite some time now, and I must say, the change in management has been truly remarkable. The new management team has been incredibly attentive, responsive, and dedicated to making positive improvements throughout the property. Maintenance requests are now handled promptly, and the common areas have been given a much-needed facelift. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I'm impressed with the sense of community they have fostered, organizing fun events that bring residents together. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of their residents. I am delighted with the positive changes and highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

Under new management, I was pleasantly welcomed into my new upgraded apartment. The maintenance crew just completed a full exterior paint for the whole property, the pool looks clean and inviting, gym is solid, beautiful landscape and my apartment was renovated to perfection.

So, I recently moved out of Pine Brook just to be closer to my work. I wish I had never moved. I lived there for several years in 2 different apartments. When I saw that the new owners were making the apartments nicer by putting in wood floors and granite countertops, I asked to move to one of these apartments and they let me. Of course, it was more expensive but definitely worth it. I thought the place I moved to was going to be nice, but I liked living at Pine Brook more. The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are great and always took care of any needs I had.

So many roaches and maintenance never shows up when they say they will. The toilet upstairs leaked down into our bathroom through the ceiling. The pools were closed for 2 years after covid to finally open for a month. It was constantly dirty because it was only cleaned once a week despite how busy it gets. Parking is unfair, and the mailboxes are super far away depending on which side of the complex you live. Mosquitos are so bad due to over watering their grass. There is still water near patios that attract mosquitos so much, I couldn't enjoy being outside. Most apartments here don't allow natural light inside unless you're in a lucky spot.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! We’ve been living here since may and we were told we were getting upgraded apartments, WRONG!!! the cupboards are chipped and painted over, they don’t even have handles on them. The drawers fall off. ITS SUCH A SCAM. if i could rate this a -0 i would. save ur money for something else!! I’ve had so much problems this isn’t even it.

The whole complex is filled with roaches. Moved here; noticed roaches here and there, while our tv’s, furniture just began getting infested with roaches. Now you can clean do thorough deep cleaning, but yet these roaches are crawling up the wall literally anywhere. Now they only have their exterminator come out Wednesday so technically they don’t work anywhere around tenants schedules. Now another thing the exterminator doesn’t even spray the whole unit he sprays two sprays and leaves and tells you, that your allowed back in after 10 minute.

Let me start off by saying you can do better than these apartments! I’ve lived here for a year and since the beginning my roof has been leaking. My dishwasher never worked & my garbage disposal doesn’t work at all either. I’ve called MANY times for maintenance to come out and fix it and in the beginning they would but after they switched to new owners they promised they were going to fixed everyone’s roof in November and they never have. Now, as far as speaking with people from the front office. They are extremely rude and unorganized! I submitted a 30 day notice just for them to tell me that they never received it one week before i’m supposed to move out and they’re now making me pay ANOTHER 30 days! Not worth the hassle.

The ceilings are falling apart, leaks all the time, maintenance and services are charged, washers and dryers never work, trash all the time everywhere, there is no security thefts every day, pool and gym closed all the time, mold in rooms and stains on the ceilings, very old bathrooms and showers, poor attention from managers, cockroaches everywhere, keys not working, old and stained carpet, very expensive !!!! Nothing but problems with roaches from day we moved in. Found termites manager said nothing going to be able to do about it. Have two huge cracks on ceiling was told is there a leak if not what's the problem when trying to tell him something else about outside door knob falling off he inturupted me said if I don't like it then move. Worst customer service only Mickey mouses issues... as soon as possible will be leaving... wouldn't even give a star but won't let you submit review without

The roof leaks every time it rains. We had to replace our mattress. The maintance are on peoples roofs every other day. People steal other peoples parking spots when you are assigned one. Living here sucks don't rent here unless you have no choice. The landlord is rude too.
