The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pikes Place on San Miguel
The physical apartment is pretty good bang for your buck, but there is a reason it's so cheap. In the year I've been here, I've been sprayed for Roaches twice and Bed Bugs once (both were building wide infestations), mice and rats in the laundry room, my vehicle was stolen and broken into on a separate occasion, squatting homeless people lived in my building for a month, and are constantly sleeping behind the dumpsters, we've had beer bottles thrown at our window from McDonald's, and several incidents of drugs, as well as one overdose. Management really does try, and I really couldn't ask more of them (except to be open during accessible hours) because this place can't be easy to manage. But please dont move here. The neighborhood and the circumstances are not worth it.

Thank you for sharing your experience . We take all of our customer feedback very seriously. My name is Berlin and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about your concerns.
I've had a huge hole in my living room roof for a month now, and every lie they've given me keeps me paying full price for having to live in my bedroom. total garbage
Bed bugs, cockroaches, people resisting arrest in the hallways, SWAT kicking in doors. I broke my lease just to leave.
Management has no control. Everything is managed by the superviser who doesnt care as she doesnt live on the property. There have been 2 serious assaults within the last year. One day security had 43 calls. Horrible management company.
unable to control pests - raise rent every chance possible
Neighbors have no respect. Mine screams bloody murder all day and night. I have complained on 20 different accounts, management doesn't do a thing. They don't care. My next step is calling the police when my neighbors are extremely loud! Stay the heck away.
I've lived here for a little over a year, and I can't say anything bad about living here. There have been numerous upgrades and updates to the property. They age pet and family friendly. There is a beautiful community garden in the courtyard. And everyone is so friendly. The staff consists if Sarah the property manager.. Who is so sweet, compassionate, and will always do her best for you. Her friendly attitude and inviting smile is only the beginning of her true professionalism. And there is also Pat, the maintenance man, he is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. There's never been any problem or repair that I've ever had to deal with longer than a day or two. I enjoy the monthly resident events also, end of summer BBQ, movie nights, and so much more. Which brings all the residents together... And makes us a community.
